Yet, their downfall was due to this very reason: the Rejuvenation Cannon, made from the Eternal Crystal Stone, could be rearranged for use in tearing apart energy as a whole, resulting in the Controllers, beings of energy-based life, being killed in a single strike. Even within the energy fields they formed, the Controllers were unable to move.
Within the Wuyagong, Bai Zhongqi was filled with surprise at everything happening in the secret research facility. In the final moments, Linyin had used the Rejuvenation Cannon to dissolve the offensive of hundreds of millions of Controllers, turning them from the most dangerous enemy into the most harmless sheep.
