The Doggie raised its eyelids and drawled, "What's so urgent that you disturb my rest?"
Then it rolled over, facing up, with its hind claws pointing skywards and its front paws curled up against its chest, lying like a baby. Its eyelids twitched in disdain of the dazzling sunlight, so it casually picked up two dry yellow leaves to cover its eyes.
Upon seeing this, Lin Suqing realized it was settling in for more sleep, and hastily splashed a handful of water towards it, shouting, "Hey hey hey, don't sleep, Zhui Feng your lordship, I really mustn't let you sleep, I've got an urgent matter to ask you about!"
But the Doggie showed no reaction, likely fallen asleep again.
