Whoosh!
Suddenly, two rays of light flew from the sky, transforming into two men dressed in black uniforms. Their faces were stern, their eyes sharp, and an iron badge hung from each of their waists.
"It's this phenomenon again..." The two exchanged a glance, one threw a rope to bind the half body and carried it on his shoulder, quickly flying away.
The other looked at the surrounding onlookers and asked, "How did this half body appear?"
"Sir, this half body appeared out of thin air. Just now, I was spacing out and then 'swoosh' it was on the street, giving me a fright," a dark-skinned merchant hurriedly answered.
"Yes, yes, it suddenly appeared. I almost ran into it just now!" a passerby chimed in.
"Got it," nodded the man, "if you encounter a similar situation again, make sure to protect these body parts."
Then, without further words, he turned into a ray of light and flew away, leaving the bewildered crowd behind.
