For Formation, reaching the Sixth Level and being able to optimize Spirit Gathering Arrays is sufficient.
The Seventh Level is not needed for now.
Formations are not like Artifact Refining; I could seriously guide other Artifact Refiners, who after several trials could grasp and learn. But with Formations, even if I pull them apart and crush them to teach, the Array Masters below would still be utterly confused, with a blank expression on their faces.
