Xi Mu glanced indifferently at the fallen corpses and continued forward, while the moonlight streaming through the window landed on his blood-stained armor, casting a terrifying sheen.
The corpses behind him burned with black flames, further giving the impression that he had stepped out of Hell.
"Stop... don't come any closer!" A nun, clutching a dagger, blocked Xi Mu's path.
Her legs trembled, and warm liquid spread down her ankles to form a small puddle.
Xi Mu, as if he heard nothing, walked straight up to the nun and then stabbed the still nun to death with his sword.
He calmly withdrew his sword and passed by the nun.
"Big brother, I'm not a cultist of the Church of Blood." A weak and pitiful voice came through, and as Xi Mu looked toward the source, he saw a girl in a red cloak emerging from around the corner, anxiously locking eyes with him.
"Can you let me leave?"
