"Rams!"
"Rams!"
The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum roared—
This was the first time since the Rams moved from St. Louis to Los Angeles that a home game had sold out completely, with not a single empty seat in the house.
For the past three years, due to the team's poor performance, coupled with the abundant choices available to the people of Los Angeles, the attendance at the Coliseum had been a concern, often revealing vast swathes of empty seats on live broadcasts.
Until last season, when the Los Angeles Rams finally found their momentum, fans began to trickle into the stadium, and the atmosphere slowly began to warm up.
Then came tonight.
At last, the first sellout had given the players a chance to see what a packed Coliseum looked like; Los Angeles fans got their money's worth and were not disappointed, having witnessed a pinnacle showdown.
