Kimberly froze in shock as Alpha Theo closed the distance between them.
Her heart raced, and her mind spun in disbelief. How could he be here? Of all places, why now?
"Don't come any closer!" Kimberly hissed under her breath, her voice laced with panic.
She glanced around nervously, knowing Derrick's guards could appear at any moment. "It's too dangerous for you to be seen here!"
Theo ignored her warning, his confident strides never faltering. His eyes softened as he stood before her, pulling her into a firm embrace.
