I went back to the elders after making sure Mel was going to be taken care of. I trusted doctor Kate to take care of her.
Also, I kept my mind linked to doctor's Kate to see how she was treating Mel. I also stayed in Mel's mind and kept my mind link open to just her.
*I know you're there* she said into my mind just as I left the hospital doors.
*I am. Everything Okay?*
*Yeah. She's being very gentle with my leg. Did you threaten her?*
*No. But she knows what will happen to her if she hurts my mate*
"She's nice.*
*How did you fall down the stairs?*
*Molly I guess but she didn't touch me. She was behind me when I wanted to go down the stairs. I can't be sure, I didn't feel her arms on me*
A frown was immediately grazing my face.
*This is why I told you to stay away from her* I said with a groan.
*I'm not sure it's her. My wolf smelled magic. I'm so confused*
