The train slowed down as it pulled into its destination. Veronica and Michael got off with the Whitakers.
The Whitakers didn't have much baggage either, but they still had a few bags. A carriage was already waiting for them. The stagecoach quickly got all the bags into the carriage.
Veronica and Michael were about to say goodbye when Marie excitedly spoke.
"So, which hotel did you decide upon?" she was very giddy, and handy with her husband, but they already got used to her behavior.
Veronica looked at Michael. It was for both of them which hotel they would stay in.
"The Serene Viola. We would like to do a bit of networking before we move into a house."
Both Herman and Marie understood, then he motioned towards the large carriage.
"Would you like us to drop you off there? We live near to the hotel, so it would only be a minor detour."
