"What is it?" Ziora asked, sensing the urgency in her friend's movements.
Diara hesitated for a moment before speaking, her voice barely above a whisper. "I had an appointment with his company today… I totally forgot."
Ziora raised an eyebrow, confusion flickering across her face. "Well, you can just reschedule, right?"
Diara nodded, though her heart was still pounding in her chest. "Yeah, you're right," she murmured, quickly typing out a message to the number that had initially contacted her.
She hit send and let out a shaky breath, dropping her phone onto the bed beside her.
"This is an opportunity, you know," Diara said, more to herself than to Ziora.
Ziora narrowed her eyes, curiosity and concern mixing in her gaze. "What kind of opportunity are you talking about? Do you even know if he's the one who messaged you?"
