Rose was conscious. She could feel everything happening. She couldn't move. This was similar to the time she did that fateful Soul walk. She just hoped she could meet Rosy.
"Rosy!"
She tried to talk.
"Oh, I'm here. I was waiting for you to call me."
Rosy was good. She wasn't frozen.
"You realize I'm a god. And normally mortal affairs don't concern me."
Rose felt infinite hope.
"Can you unfreeze them?"
Rosy shook her head.
"I can't change the present, I can't interfere. I can give some boons but no direct contact with the timeline."
Rose pouted. This was not a favorable answer.
"Then can you make me go to the past?"
"No, this is something that will happen no matter how much you change. Or how many times you time travel to influence. This is a certainty. What will come to pass will pass."
Rose blinked.
"You mean some events cannot be changed?"
