Madisyn lifted the test slowly. She could see something had appeared.
"Okay, wait," Sophie soon intervened and said, covering the screen with her hand to prevent Sophie from reading it.
"I Will show you. I'll lift it up and then show you first."
Madisyn swallowed hard.
"I don't know if I want to see anymore."
Madisyn changed her mind and
Sophie smiled.
"Okay. Go ahead."
Madisyn nodded as she took a deep breath and managed to lift the test. When it was ready, she slowly uncovered the screen.
"Oh." Sophie widened her eyes, clearly shocked by the result she just saw, and then a small smile appeared on her lips.
"What?" Madisyn murmured before finally looking at the test.
Her curiosity got the best of her and wondered over her anxiety.
Her eyes laid on the screen.
"Pregnant, 9 days."
