Ariel's heart stopped beating for a second when she heard his question and saw his face very close to hers.
She leaned further away from him, plastering her back on the chair.
"Mr. Chaz, I don't think I understand what you're talking about," She cleared her throat nervously and looked at him.
Aiden gritted his teeth and closed his eyes to reign down his anger.
She had the mind to pretend like she didn't know what he was talking about.
He slowly nodded and moved his face close to hers again, "Why, Ariel, why did you do it?" He asked, his voice repressed by pain.
Ariel bit her lips and locked her eyes on his; she wanted to ask him the same question. Why did he do that with Moon? He didn't even try to look for her or find out the truth, he just moved on, and he thinks he could come here and play the victim card.
