When Brooke woke up, she was not only on the bed, but in her husband's arms.
She tried to figure out how she got in that situation but nothing came to mind. And while, she planned to stay like that the entire time, a knock on the door forced Thane awake.
"Mr Grayson, this isn't what it-" in the middle of trying to explain herself, Thane pressed a kiss to her forehead.
"Good morning." He greeted, still holding her in his arm.
Brooke swallowed, had this man always been this bold?
The knocking persisted, and Thane just kept ignoring it, like it was nobody's business.
"A-Are you not going to get that? Or should I?" She asked, sitting up.
"It's only going to be a hassle to us spending the morning in today, before we go out in the afternoon." He responded, crossing his hands behind his head, to act as a pillow.
