"Ali?" I heard a calm voice, and when I turned around, it was Sarah. I closed my eyes, and confirmed it was really Sarah and not the ancestor posing as her.
"I saw what you did to the witches at the cemetery," Sarah said. "Look, I know you want to protect your baby, but this isn't the way to handle things. You'll only cause a war between Lycans and witches."
"I know exactly what I'm doing, Sarah," I replied. "I'm defending my baby since none of you could."
"You're full of black magic," Sarah said, slowly shaking her head. "It's going to kill you, Ali."
"It won't kill me because I was born with black magic. It's in my blood, Sarah."
"I've dealt with black magic before, and I know the control it can have on someone. This isn't Ali speaking. It's the dark side of her," Sarah said to Tristan.
"Did you come here to lecture me or to help me destroy the Book of Dis?" I asked.
