Taking a sip from the coffee, I felt a warmth in my chest. I turned to Ivan, who sat across from me, staring. I already claimed Silvermoon and one other pack. My army of Vampires and Werewolves would be claiming more.
"We have wasted so much time doing nothing for two weeks," I said.
The clock struck twelve, and I stared at the wall before turning back to Ivan.
"You should be leading the vampires to claim more packs. We need more. Four are not enough," I said. "And I will send my Werewolves and Lycans, preparing them for war."
Ivan was silent as I stood up, pacing back and forth.
"No packs would dare to choose Tristan over me," I said. "Even if they pledge their loyalty to Tristan, we will force them to bend their knees to me because I am the true King."
