Janelle,A poor girl whose real parents died while riding a carraige because someone had lighten a fire which growed large and soon reached the carraige and while the carraige was burning janelle's parents covered her and throwed her out first but before the nine year old janelle could realize what was going on she heard screams of pain from her parents and driver after a while the screams disappeared with only the smell of fire.

Fortunately, janelle saw a poor looking orphanage just nearby and with her burnt blue dress and dirtied shoes she walked to the old orphanage and knocked just to see an angry looking women who grabbed her hand and took her to the orphange owner's ofiice who was awfully fat and the women pushed her to sit on the chair and the fat owner said she was beautiful so she will be adopted easily enough by a middle class noble.

And came the day when she was adopted by a middle class noble man who told her to sit in the carraige while he fills the forms required for adopting janelle.

While sitting with her foster father, janelle had been rather quiet which was unlike her with the sun shining on her brown hair making them look a bit like golden colour with her purple eyes half closed on that rose like face with just quiet beauty representing Janelle suddenly her father asks a question if she has knowledge of how a noble should behave and other basic knowledge, janelle answers saying that her parents were noble as well and she has learned all of the things as to how a noble lady should behave and other matters while trying to end the nerve wrecking conversation right there with a direct answer.

As soon as janelle reached her home, janelle's foster father grabs her and takes her to her room and beats her with a belt for her rude behaviour on the carraige while janelle keeps begging and saying to stop and that she would never behave rudely again and just to forgive this one time while the foster mother enters with a smirk and grabs her husband's hand saying not to hit her just on her first day here and asks for her name while giving janelle a hand to help her get up but as soon as soon as janelle tells her name and reaches for her mother's hand with paining hands,her father hits her on her arms and says who is she touch his wife and they both leave janelle laughing so loudly that the whole room was still ringing with their laughter even after they closed the door of the room.

janelle, a 10 year old girl who got adopted and beaten just on the first day with her foster family and fell asleep on the cold floor and started crying while saying why her parents had to die while she had to live a broken life in such conditions.
