Chapter 51 - Chapter 51

Super God Academy, Cafeteria.

The girls had gathered together, whispering among themselves and occasionally glancing over at the boys.

"Dammit, when did Zhao Xin overhear my call with Duke Ao?" Emperor Reina muttered quietly.

Although her voice was low, the other girls sitting at the same table all heard her.

"What call? Does it matter if they heard it?" Du Qiangwei asked urgently. She had served in the military and was aware of confidentiality regulations. Zhao Xin's big mouth had already spilled the beans to those three troublemakers, and Qiangwei was worried about potential consequences.

"It's nothing to worry about, Qiangwei. It's not something that needs to be kept secret," Reina said, noticing Du Qiangwei's concern and waving her hand dismissively.

Since Du Qiangwei wasn't worried, Qilin became interested, as she had noticed Ge Xiaolun and the other three troublemakers whispering together for a long time.

"Reina, what's the matter? If it's not a confidential conversation, can you tell us?" Qilin asked carefully, as she was also from a law enforcement background and was familiar with confidentiality protocols.

Reina, having just said it wasn't confidential, started explaining, "Oh, it's nothing much. Duke Ao mentioned that Zhang Zheng and the three angels are living together, so we should keep an eye on it."

"Didn't Zhang Zheng say he had a wife? Why is he living with other angels? I used to think he was a good guy," Qilin remarked disdainfully upon hearing Reina's words. Her tone was full of contempt for Zhang Zheng's apparent infidelity.

"Yeah, I used to think highly of him too, thinking he was a good person," Rui Mengmeng also chimed in, echoing Qilin's sentiment. She had always remembered Zhang Zheng helping everyone, so this revelation was surprising.

Du Qiangwei, hearing Qilin and Rui Mengmeng's disdain for Zhang Zheng, couldn't help but chuckle quietly.

"Reina, you should clarify. It seems Qilin and Mengmeng misunderstood," Du Qiangwei said. She was more perceptive and guessed that Reina had misspoken.

"Oh, don't think too much of it. They have no relationship with Zhang Zheng; it's just that Zhang Zheng's wife is an angel, so the angels staying on Earth are living in his house," Reina explained casually.

She hadn't expected her words to cause a misunderstanding with Qilin and Rui Mengmeng.

"Seriously? Then why did you say they were living together?" Qilin questioned, frustrated by Reina's ambiguous wording.

Reina replied nonchalantly, "On your planet, isn't living together what you call when a man and a woman share a residence?"

"Who says that?" Du Qiangwei asked, feeling a bit impressed that someone could misunderstand so profoundly.

"Books say so. I thought that's how it's said on Earth," Reina said confidently. In her view, what's written in books must be true, as she had been forced to study since she was young.

Du Qiangwei looked at Reina with her self-righteous attitude and decided she would report directly to her father in the future about any mission updates to avoid misinformation.

"Well, Reina, they're not living together; it's just that the angels are temporarily staying at Zhang Zheng's place," Rui Mengmeng whispered to Reina.

"Oh," Reina replied disinterestedly.

Seeing Reina's response, Du Qiangwei felt a bit sorry for her, as most of the books Reina read were ones she had recommended, so she might have to share the blame.

Du Qiangwei then whispered to the others, "What do you think those troublemakers are up to now?"

"I don't know, but it seems like they're discussing Qiangwei and Xiaolun," Reina said, her interest piqued by the gossip.

"Qiangwei, Xiaolun still hasn't given up on you," Qilin teased, enjoying watching Du Qiangwei's normally composed face turn red.

Girls like Qilin and Reina enjoyed teasing Du Qiangwei, as they found it entertaining to see her blush.

At this time, only Rui Mengmeng remained quiet, being a shy and reserved child who rarely spoke up. Du Qiangwei found Mengmeng particularly adorable in these moments.

Ignoring Qilin and Reina's teasing glances, Du Qiangwei turned to Rui Mengmeng and asked, "Mengmeng, can you guess what those troublemakers are discussing?"

"I can't guess," Rui Mengmeng replied absently, continuing to eat. She was one of the most diligent students among the girls and was the most eager to learn.

Not getting the answer she hoped for from Mengmeng, Du Qiangwei was not upset, only thinking Mengmeng was much better than those two troublemakers.

Seeing that Du Qiangwei wasn't paying attention to her, Reina felt bored and decided to get up from her seat. She walked with her long legs towards the boys' table.

"I say, you troublemakers, what are you whispering about now?" Reina asked directly, without caring about their conversation, embodying her straightforward style.

"Oh, Reina's here!" Zhao Xin greeted her upon hearing her voice, quickly making a space for her and offering her a seat.

As soon as Reina sat down, Zhao Xin leaned in and said, "Reina, we're discussing how to help Xiaolun win over Qiangwei. Since you're here, could you give us some advice?"

Zhao Xin glanced at Ge Xiaolun, his meaning clear: Xiaolun should quickly ask Reina for help.

Ge Xiaolun, not being foolish, understood Zhao Xin's hint and said, "Reina, you're a goddess and should understand girls the best. Please help me. If I can win over Qiangwei, I'll be forever grateful to you."

He then put his hands together in a prayer gesture and bowed towards Reina.

Seeing Ge Xiaolun's sincere gesture, Reina's vanity was pleased.

So Reina, puffing out her chest, promised, "Give me some time, and I'll help you win over Qiangwei."

"By the way, Reina, we've also devised a plan to win Qiangwei's heart. Could you review it for us?" Zhao Xin asked, his eyes still glued to Reina's chest.

"Yes, yes, big sister, listen to our confession plan and point out any flaws. You can help us improve it," Liu Chuang added, eager to make sure their plan wasn't in vain.

Liu Chuang had worked hard to come up with this plan and didn't want to see it fail. If Xiaolun succeeded, he too could use this plan to finally end his single life.

Reina, intrigued by their custom confession plan, eagerly said, "Tell me quickly, and I'll help you out. Let's see what strategies you've come up with to win over Qiangwei."

Reina joined the troublemakers in their planning session.

Du Qiangwei, watching them huddle together, felt a sense of unease. Seeing the odd combination of a goddess and four buddies, she couldn't help but shiver.
