Since talking with Angel Yan, Zhang Zheng has been thinking about how to avoid being tracked by the country—or more accurately, by the Supergod Academy. The arrival of the angels and the DeNo-3 satellite, which monitors the entire solar system, has advanced technology that detects almost everything, except for higher-level technology like that of angels and demons. Zhang Zheng was unaware that the DeNo-3 satellite had captured his conversation with Angel Yan. However, since no actions were taken and Zhang Zheng's usual demeanor made him appear as just a bold young man, he was not taken seriously.
Meanwhile, on a planet in the Tiandao Galaxy, a heated argument was taking place.
"Such a grand palace cannot keep you here, can it?" said Pan Zhen, the Guardian of the Sun of Liè Yáng Star.
"That's a different matter," replied Goddess Emperor Reina, with a touch of arrogance. Though her tone was forceful, she seemed less confident in front of the Guardian who had watched her grow up.
"Your grandfather..." Pan Zhen began, but was abruptly interrupted by Reina.
"Stop mentioning my grandfather. Every time you do, it turns into a lecture," she said, clearly annoyed.
"You just...?" Pan Zhen's words trailed off.
"I'm hot," Reina said, using a little girl's way of whining.
Pan Zhen, hearing this, switched to lecture mode: "The citizens of Cloud City might say they're hot, but you, with the Light of the Sun, don't even sweat. How can you say you're hot?"
Reina, finding that her usual approach wasn't working, quickly shifted back to her defiant mode: "Do you know how thirsty it is to burn with the temperature of the sun inside?"
"I know perfectly well," Pan Zhen replied calmly.
Seeing that Pan Zhen was unmoved, Reina adopted a goddess-like aura and declared, "I want to go to Earth, it's decided."
"Do you know that many River Styx warriors are also heading to Earth?" Pan Zhen said seriously.
"Do many people like Earth?" Reina asked in a soft voice.
"A large number of warships are heading toward Earth via the Great Worm Bridge, and their attitude is not friendly," Pan Zhen explained.
"I don't care; the Tiandao Tower doesn't let me manage," Reina said firmly. "I'm always wrapped up like a zongzi and not allowed to be seen or touched. I must go."
Reina then pleaded softly, "Just for a year."
Pan Zhen, seeing Reina's resolute attitude, said with difficulty, "How can you like life there? The women there don't wear pants in public."
Pan Zhen felt a bit embarrassed to mention this.
"There's something called fashion," Reina replied.
"Fashion? You're comparing five thousand years of Earth fashion with sixty thousand years of the Sun's fashion?" Pan Zhen retorted.
"You said we've been around for sixty thousand years, but Earth has only been around for five thousand. Is there a problem with fashion?" Reina asked.
Pan Zhen didn't want to argue further on this trivial topic. "Great Sun Goddess, you're not going to debate this topic with your Guardian, are you?"
"I don't like civilizations that can't maintain their traditions, but since you like Earth, perhaps you might be patient enough to help them if they face difficulties. I will inform the elders."
"The Supergod Academy on Earth will also be very pleased, promoting some so-called cultural exchange ideas while you're still naive."
"For the injured Sun, touching Earth might not be impossible."
"Mutual respect for complete civilizations, non-aggression, and non-interference in the development of civilizations."
"Can I go take a bath now?"
Back on the Sun, Reina had settled her argument with Pan Zhen.
On Earth, on the ship Giant Gorge, Duke Ao was assigning tasks to Rose and AJ to take care of the first batch of awakened super soldiers.
Our protagonist, Zhang Zheng, had just emerged from the airport in Giant Gorge City. On his way to the hotel, traffic was jammed—more accurately, the driver abandoned the car and ran away.
The first wave of Taotie advance warriors had appeared in Giant Gorge City. Zhang Zheng saw soldiers rushing in and never coming back. Earth's firearms did not inflict significant damage on the Void Warriors, and large-scale weapons couldn't be used in the city.
At this moment, Zhang Zheng's arm was grabbed by a pretty young police officer who shouted, "Don't just stand here, quickly evacuate to the back."
Looking at the anxious young police officer, Zhang Zheng felt she looked familiar—could she be Qilin?
As Zhang Zheng pondered this, another wave of energy from the Void Warriors came toward him. Zhang Zheng merely sidestepped slightly to avoid the attack, only to see the young police officer lying in a pool of blood, which he witnessed directly.
Zhang Zheng felt a tug at his heart; after all, the young police officer had been trying to save him. Although he didn't need saving, it was her good intention.
Now that the young police officer was lying in a pool of blood, Zhang Zheng felt he should do something.
In this life, his parents had passed away before his reincarnation, and he had no relatives or friends after reincarnation. Without any ties, he had always wanted to stay in China as an ordinary person and never thought about becoming a hero.
But seeing so many innocent people dying before his eyes stirred something within him.
"Let's take revenge for the young police officer too," Zhang Zheng thought. Instantly, golden light emanated from him, soaring into the sky, and transforming into a golden beam. He flew toward the Void Warriors and, in an instant, tore them in half, tossing them aside.
Then he flew away directly, without any pause.
Compared to ordinary people, the Void Warriors were terrifyingly powerful, but before Zhang Zheng, who possessed the power of a Sentinel, they were virtually no match.
The power of a million exploding stars was not something everyone could withstand.
Zhang Zheng flew back to Tianhe City and abandoned the idea of going to Giant Gorge City. Since he had acted, he decided to wait in Tianhe City for the first attack of the Taotie.
Back home, Zhang Zheng sat dejectedly on the sofa, feeling mentally exhausted. Great power could drive a person to madness, so Zhang Zheng forced himself to live as a slacker, desiring nothing.
As Zhang Zheng contemplated his future, the Giant Gorge was in chaos.
"Did you find anything, Lianfeng?" Duke Ao asked.
Duke Ao, who had been monitoring the battle scene, was on the verge of losing his mind. First, the Taotie invasion, then the mysterious figure who instantly killed the Taotie Void Warriors.
They were prepared for the Taotie invasion, knowing they had some fighting chance. But the energy released by the mysterious figure was terrifyingly powerful.
Even the DeNo-3 system, which can calculate stellar energy, could not analyze the strength of that energy. Fortunately, it was contained within the mysterious figure's body; if it were released, it could instantly destroy Earth.
...
Zhang Zheng, 24 years old, an orphan with deceased parents, a Tianhe University graduate, a security guard at Angel Tower, and a lazy personality. This morning, he communicated with the angel. In the afternoon, he went to Giant Gorge City, encountered the Taotie on the way to the hotel, and used his power for the first time to kill the Taotie.
Preliminary judgment: his explosive power is above the third-generation super soldier.
He has now returned to Tianhe City.
Hearing Lianfeng's report, Duke Ao pondered and said, "Keep a close watch on this Zhang Zheng. It seems we are not enemies for now. I will personally meet this Mr. Zhang Zheng one day."
"At the same time, apply to the military for the 'Black Wall' plan."
"Also, inform AJ and Rose to gather the super gene carriers. The first batch includes Galaxy Power's Ge Xiaolun, No Star's God of War Liu Chuang, De Star's Spear Zhao Xin, No Star's Sharp Blade Rui Mengmeng, and the Light Shield family's Prince Cheng Yaowen. The Light of the Sun from Liè Yáng Star has already awakened their super genes and will arrive at the Supergod Academy tomorrow."
Upon hearing that Reina was coming to Earth, Lianfeng was somewhat worried. A decade ago, the previous Sun God exploded the sun of the DeNo system, destroying the entire DeNo system. Only a few DeNo survivors escaped, bringing DeNo's super genes to Earth to integrate and develop.
Similarly, the previous No Star God of War split Liè Yáng Star with an axe. The Sun God's desperate efforts only managed to preserve half of Liè Yáng Star.
Though both sides have set aside their enmity, Lianfeng still had concerns about the Light of the Sun coming to Earth.
Seemingly sensing Lianfeng's thoughts, Duke Ao smiled and said, "Don't worry. Although Reina has inherited the Light of the Sun, she is not her grandfather. How could a twenty-year-old girl become a Sun God?"
"Come with me tomorrow to meet her, and you'll see she's just a pure and kind young girl."
