Riley eyed the vials skeptically, his smirk fading slightly. He crossed his arms and tilted his head, watching the alchemist as if assessing the man.
"You're seriously going to have me pick one of these without even telling me what they do?" Riley asked, raising an eyebrow. "What's next, I guess the color that won't kill me?"
The alchemist paused, clearly catching the hint in Riley's tone. With a resigned sigh, he gestured toward the table, moving closer to the vials.
"I see you prefer details," he said with a thin smile. "Very well, I'll explain. There are seven primary types of potions, each aligned with a specific elemental force.
These are the most common, and as a new member, you'll have to select from these. Each one unlocks different abilities, but all come with their own… complications."
Riley leaned in slightly, intrigued but doing his best to appear disinterested.
