After what felt like a considerable amount of time spent resting, Kaelen finally pushed himself to his feet. His movements were slow and deliberate, but the determination in his eyes was unmistakable. As he was dusting off his bloodstained armor, he muttered:
"Let's go."
Thane looked up from where he sat, concern etched across his face.
"Go where?"
Kaelen's gaze shifted to the towering mountain peak in the distance, a silhouette against the endless view of the realm they were trapped in.
"To the peak, of course."
Thane frowned, his brow furrowed with worry.
"Are you sure you can still keep going?"
