Axel's words left them all stunned, Yohan looked at Axel in shock. Is it possible that when Axel was dying and about to die, he remembered his past life? Yohan grew tense with every second before waiting for Axel to open his mouth again.

But what followed was not the revelation they anticipated - only the sound of Axel's laughter filled the air. Despite his gunshot wound still throbbing and having just awoken from a coma, he seemed unfazed and continued chuckling away.
Tao gently patted Axel on the back, being mindful not to aggravate his injury further.
"Axel! Stop playing around," Tao scolded playfully. "Look at poor Yohan over there; you've got him convinced that you didn't cross into oblivion and reincarnate, coming back to this world just to talk with him."
