"Kuromori-kun, is something wrong?"
Hearing Yukino's voice, Haruto snapped back to reality, putting aside his thoughts, and replied, "I just remembered something, it's nothing."
'But your expression just now.'
Yukino hesitated briefly but decided not to ask.
Through the earlier conversation, she came to some conclusions.
First, the gods are disappearing.
Second, a predicted global catastrophe.
Third, Haruto's involvement in the investigation.
Although Yukino didn't fully understand everything, anyone with some sense could grasp the gravity of matters that even the supernatural community found alarming.
Haruto was indeed very powerful. Even people who made the Yukinoshita family helpless would immediately apologize upon seeing him.
Even the Abe Family held him in high regard.
But right now, Yukino could clearly feel a pressure that suddenly made her feel burdened.
Hiratsuka couldn't help but ask, "Kuromori, what were you saying about Onmyoji, gods, and so on. Is that real?"
"What do you think?"
A vein pulsed on Hiratsuka's forehead as she clenched her fist and looked at him with a forced smile, "What did you just say?"
"Ahem, alright, alright, Shizuka."
Haruno coughed softly, hugging Hiratsuka's arm. She glanced at Haruto and softly said, "Actually, Onmyoji do exist, but ordinary people don't know about them. I only found out by chance while doing business. But it's the first time I've heard about gods and such."
Yukino thought for a moment and said, "Art often imitates reality, so does it resemble the gods in certain comics?"
She then looked to Haruto for confirmation.
In this regard, if not for what happened that night, she wouldn't have known at all.
"More or less." Haruto nodded, saying, "The matter is settled. Yukino, do you want to go back to Sobu High with me?"
Yukino hesitated for a moment, shook her head, and replied, "I won't go back today."
Her mother was still sleeping, and her father hadn't returned.
She was also exhausted lately.
Yukino looked at her sister beside her. Sensing this, Haruno immediately turned around with bright eyes, "Yukino-chan, what is it?"
"Nothing." Yukino turned away calmly.
This matter was over.
Haruto finished coffee and then left with Hiratsuka.
He initially wanted to help Miku with her physical education training, but now he'd have to wait until next time.
Of course, he didn't mean to bully Miku. Although Miku looked so cute when she puffed up her cheeks, making anyone want to tease her, that wasn't the point.
Miku needed to exercise.
Therefore, Haruto seriously said he would help Miku with her workouts without tiring her too much.
Back at Sobu High, Hiratsuka parked the car and stopped Haruto as he opened the door. Looking at him, she raised her hand to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear and casually asked, "When will you come out for a drink?"
Haruto paused, looked at her with disdain, and firmly replied, "Sorry, I don't have the time."
"Enough!" Hiratsuka's cheeks flushed slightly, and she gritted her teeth, saying, "What do you think I mean? It's just a drink, and there are some things I want to ask."
Haruto raised an eyebrow, "Whatever you want to ask, you can ask now."
"No, my mind is too chaotic right now." Hiratsuka covered her forehead, saying, "Let me calm down before I talk. Besides, this time don't worry, I promise you won't get drunk again."
After bidding farewell to Hiratsuka, Haruto went to his classroom. It was after school, so there weren't many people in class.
Haruto grabbed his school bag, turned, and walked out of the classroom.
He had informed the Nakano quintuplets beforehand, so except for Yotsuba, the rest should have already gone back.
Leaving Sobu High, Haruto didn't head towards the apartment; instead, he turned and walked towards a nearby park.
On a bench in the park's corner, a short-haired girl had her head down, playing with a camera in her hands.
This girl was none other than Nishimiya Yuzuru.
Haruto approached and sat beside her, glancing over at the girl who was watching him. "Yuzuru, what pictures are you taking, may I see them?"
Yuzuru looked at him, handed over the camera, and replied in a dissatisfied tone, "They're all of you. I've told you, isn't this too much? Onee-chan has already confessed her feelings to you, and you're still talking to other girls."
Haruto flipped through the photos and said, "Sorry, your sister knows about this. Besides, Shoko and I aren't officially dating, so even if I'm close with other girls, it's not a problem."
"Huh?" Yuzuru looked at him with wide eyes, "You're actually thinking about openly dating multiple girls?"
Haruto suddenly found himself speechless. He could only put on a blank face, "Sorry, I don't understand what you're talking about."
Yuzuru crossed her arms, looking at him in disdain, "Just because I don't understand, doesn't mean you're denying it?"
Haruto firmly changed the topic, "It's almost time, let's go!"
Yuzuru held out her small hand, "Give me back the camera."

Taking the train, they soon arrived near the Nishimiya residence.
Yuzuru looked around and said, "You haven't come by recently. Onee-chan has been in a bad mood. She only forces a smile every day."
After saying this, she sighed, "I told Onee-chan to invite you directly, but she's afraid of disturbing you, so she hasn't reached out."
"Honestly, you should take the initiative at least once. Do you still expect the girl to make the first move?"
"I don't." Haruto covered his forehead, "Anyway, go on home. I'll find Shoko."
"I'm coming with you."
"No!" Haruto said blankly, "You need to break your habit of stalking others!"
Yuzuru whistled, turned around, put her hands in her pockets, and hummed softly, "Who's following you? I just happened to run into you. Besides, I can give you advice!"
Just as Haruto was about to respond, Shoko's surprised voice suddenly sounded.
"Kuromori-kun!"
