Sure! Here's a revised version
"Greetings to the household of Shawn Malin," one of the royal guards said, addressing Shawn, who was seated outside her home.
"Greetings to the royal army. To what do we owe this unexpected visit?" Shawn asked as she stood up and gestured for them to enter her home.
Shawn opened the door for the guards, but none of them stepped inside.
"We are here to see the Chosen. Her presence is needed in the palace," the royal army informed her.
"She's not here, but I will inform her as soon as she returns. Perhaps she will visit the palace," Shawn replied.
"Thank you," the royal guard said before leaving.
As soon as the royal army departed, Shawn began searching for Muna. She looked everywhere in the city, even in the camp of the Brethren of War, but Muna was nowhere to be found. After what felt like an eternity, Shawn decided to check the broken pathway.
The pathway was an abandoned portal that once served as a means of transportation from the spiritual realm to the human realm. It had been destroyed a million years ago by the last Chosen.
Just then, Muna emerged from the pathway. When she spotted Shawn, she tried to hide, unaware that Shawn had already seen her.
"Come out, Muna. I've already seen you," Shawn said angrily as she approached her hiding place.
With no other option, Muna stepped out.
"Come here, stubborn girl. How many times have I warned you never to go to the human realm?" Shawn scolded, dragging Muna by the ear.
"Ouch! It hurts, Mom! Please, it hurts! I won't visit the human realm again," Muna pleaded, and Shawn let go of her ear.
"How can you call yourself the Chosen when you're so busy doing things you're not meant to do?" Shawn asked.
"Mom, I know you're concerned, but I only go there when I'm overwhelmed with burdens," Muna explained.
"I know you too well, which is why I'm pleading with you: please don't visit that place again. I don't like it. The heart is treacherous and can lead you to your doom. For my sake, don't go there anymore," Shawn advised.
"I've heard you, Mom. You don't have to worry about anything," Muna said, trying to ease her mother's concerns.
"By the way, the royal army came to see you. I told them you would visit when you returned," Shawn informed her.
"Why are they coming today? Yesterday, when I was less busy, none of them showed their faces. Now they're here to disturb my peace," Muna murmured as she walked into the house to freshen up.
"Mom, I'm going to the palace. If Mira asks for me, tell her to meet me there," Muna said before heading out.
Muna had never seen the crown prince of their realm, and she wasn't particularly interested in meeting him.
As she entered the courtyard of the palace, she was amazed by how beautiful and enchanting the environment was, with its grand white palace made of rare stones.
Upon entering the court hall, she saw all the chiefs seated there, including her father, Emgroge, who represented their town.
"Good day to the Chosen. May you live long," the chiefs greeted in unison as they rose from their seats.
"Where is the crown prince?" Muna inquired.
"He went out," the royal army replied.
"If he knew he wouldn't be here, why did he invite me to the palace?" Muna wondered.
"When he returns, tell him not to bother looking for me. I will be back in five days to crown him king of this realm," Muna declared before turning to leave the court.
"What are we going to do, Chosen, concerning our current situation?" one of the chiefs asked, causing Muna to pause.
She looked at the chiefs, utterly confused. "What situation are you talking about?" she asked, puzzled.
The chiefs exchanged glances before one stood up to speak. "The beast realm is trying to trespass our boundaries. After countless warnings, they have decided to wage war against us."
"They have taken over the Ebolom tribe and are now trying to extend their reach to the Ayebam tribe," another chief added.
"If all this has been happening and no one bothered to inform me, what is the crown prince saying about this?" Muna asked, her concern growing.
"He has joined the fight, but the battle is getting out of hand," one of the chiefs said in despair.
Just then, a female spirit rushed into the courtyard, cradling her lifeless child and crying bitterly. "They've killed our husbands, made our daughters their slaves, and left our women widowed. How much longer must we suffer before aid is sent to us?" she wailed.
"I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't bring your child back, but I will ensure you have a safe place for you and the others facing this crisis," Muna said.
"Tell Prince Acumen that the coronation will take place after the war," she added before walking out of the palace.
