Chapter 5 - Shy glances, secret heart

When love turns obsessive, relationships are tested. Aaradhya and Rohan's whirlwind romance is threatened by Rohan's possessive grip, forcing them to confront the darkness of jealousy and the true meaning of love.

Aaradhya and Rohan's relationship had been going strong since they met online. They shared a deep connection, and their conversations flowed effortlessly. However, when school reopened, Aaradhya's behavior changed. She continued to talk to her guy friends, which made Rohan feel uneasy.

Rohan, being possessive and aggressive, couldn't handle the thought of Aaradhya being close to other guys. He would often scold her, and they would fight about it. Aaradhya, on the other hand, didn't see anything wrong with her actions. She wasn't being casual or flirtatious; she was just being friendly.

Despite the fights, Aaradhya never judged Rohan as toxic or dominating. Instead, she felt grateful for his possessiveness, seeing it as a sign of his love. She would try to calm him down, and eventually, their fights would get sorted out. They would then resume their cute conversations, and Aaradhya enjoyed the way Rohan would say he couldn't share his love but could share everything else.

Aaradhya was willing to give up her male friendships for Rohan. She felt blessed to have him and wanted to convince him at every point. Rohan, unaware of Aaradhya's sensitive nature, would often say things without thinking, hurting her feelings. But Aaradhya would never show her tears; she was a crybaby, but only in private.

As time passed, their relationship became a cycle of fights and reconciliations. Rohan's possessiveness never faded, but Aaradhya learned to manage it. She knew he didn't mean to hurt her; he was just insecure.

One day, Rohan realized his mistakes and apologized for his behavior. Aaradhya forgave him, and they started fresh. Rohan made a conscious effort to control his possessiveness, and Aaradhya continued to be understanding.

Their love story was unique, filled with ups and downs. But they made it work, and their bond grew stronger. Aaradhya learned to appreciate Rohan's love language, and Rohan learned to trust Aaradhya's intentions.

In the end, their relationship was a testament to the power of love and understanding. They proved that even the most imperfect relationships can become perfect with a little effort and commitment.

Aaradhya and Rohan's relationship had been going strong since they met online. They shared a deep connection, and their conversations flowed effortlessly through chats.

One day, Aaradhya's behavior changed. She started talking to her guy friends again, which made Rohan feel uneasy. He sent her a chat: "Hey, who's this guy you're talking to?"

Aaradhya replied: "Just a friend, Rohan. Don't worry."

But Rohan couldn't help but feel possessive. He sent another chat: "I don't like it. Please avoid talking to him."

Aaradhya tried to calm him down: "Rohan, trust me. He's just a friend. I love you, not him."

Despite the reassurance, Rohan continued to feel insecure. He sent more chats, scolding Aaradhya for her behavior. Aaradhya, feeling misunderstood, tried to explain herself, but Rohan wouldn't listen.

Their chats became a cycle of fights and reconciliations. Rohan's possessiveness never faded, but Aaradhya learned to manage it. She knew he didn't mean to hurt her; he was just insecure.

One day, Rohan realized his mistakes and sent a chat apologizing for his behavior. Aaradhya forgave him, and they started fresh.

As time passed, their chats became more loving and less argumentative. Rohan made a conscious effort to control his possessiveness, and Aaradhya continued to be understanding.

Their love story was unique, filled with ups and downs, but their chats kept them strong. They proved that even the most imperfect relationships can become perfect with a little effort and commitment.

Rohan's grip on Aaradhya's wrist tightened as he saw her laughing with her friend. "Who is he?" Rohan demanded, his voice low and menacing.

Aaradhya tried to wriggle free, but Rohan held firm. "Just a friend, Rohan. Let go."

But Rohan's possessiveness had taken over. He pulled Aaradhya away from the crowd, his eyes blazing with jealousy.

Aaradhya's heart raced as she tried to calm him down. "Rohan, trust me. He means nothing to me."

But Rohan's mind was consumed by dark thoughts. He couldn't bear the thought of Aaradhya with anyone else.

Aaradhya gently placed her hand on Rohan's chest, looking up at him with calming eyes. "Rohan, I love you. Only you. My friend means nothing to me. I was just being friendly."

Rohan's grip on her wrist slowly loosened, his gaze softening. "I'm sorry, Aaradhya. I don't know what comes over me sometimes."

Aaradhya smiled and leaned in close. "I know, my love. You're just passionate and caring. I appreciate that."

Rohan's face relaxed, his eyes filling with love. "I promise to work on my possessiveness. For you, my love."

Aaradhya's heart melted at his words. She knew Rohan struggled with his emotions, but she was willing to help him overcome them.

As they hugged, Aaradhya felt a sense of hope. Maybe, just maybe, their love could conquer all.

Aaradhya's eyes wandered towards Rohan, and for a fleeting moment, their gazes met. She felt a jolt of electricity, and her heart skipped a beat. But, caught off guard, she quickly looked away, her face burning with embarrassment.

Rohan's eyes lit up with triumph, a sly smile spreading across his face. He had finally caught her eye, and her reaction only fueled his desire.

Aaradhya's cheeks flushed a deep crimson, her mind racing with thoughts of "What if he thinks I'm interested?" or "What if he saw me looking at him?" She tried to focus on the lesson, but her gaze involuntarily drifted back to Rohan.

This time, when their eyes met, Rohan held her gaze for a fraction of a second longer, his smile growing wider. Aaradhya's face grew even hotter, her blush deepening.

The teacher's voice faded into the background as Aaradhya's world narrowed to Rohan's piercing stare. She felt like she was drowning in his gaze, unable to look away.

Rohan's eyes seemed to say, "I've got you now," and Aaradhya's heart raced with excitement and fear.

Rohan stood before her, his eyes locked on hers, a gentle smile on his face. "Hey, Aaradhya...can I talk to you for a minute?" he asked, his voice low and hesitant.

Aaradhya's hands trembled as she clutched her bag, her eyes fixed on Rohan's face. She felt like she was going to collapse, her nerves stretched taut.

"Y-yes..." she stammered, her voice shaking like a leaf.

Rohan took a deep breath, his eyes searching hers. "Aaradhya, I wanted to ask you...do you feel anything for me?"

Aaradhya's face flushed, her heart racing faster. She couldn't meet his gaze, her eyes darting away.

"I-I don't know what you mean," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

Rohan's smile faltered, but he didn't give up. "I mean, do you feel the same way I do? Do you feel this...connection between us?"

Aaradhya's heart skipped a beat. How did he know? She couldn't deny it, but she couldn't admit it either...not yet.
