In the beginning, long before space or time ,there was only nothingness – an endless, utter darkness devoid of existence. Then, without warning or catalyst, a tiny light flickered into being, dispersing into infinitely many parts that gave rise to the universe.
From this light, sentient beings emerged: the primordials. With their immense power, they crafted worlds from the very essence of their creation, imparting aspects of themselves into these realms. These lesser aspects, in turn, gained sentience and continued to shape the worlds, becoming known as titans.
The titans beautifully crafted their worlds, but Titan Gaia grew weary of the vast, quiet universe. She created a being from her own essence, the first soul, and blessed it with consciousness and sentience. Unfettered by constraints, this soul multiplied exponentially, giving rise to diverse, sentient beings with varying appearances, thoughts, and emotions – things that even Gaia herself had not experienced.
Not long after, Chronos created children from the inferior aspects of themselves, using fragments of the first soul's essence to watch over the mortals. Millions of years passed, and the mortals flourished, spreading across the world.
But as time went on, the gods grew disenchanted with their role as custodians. Disgusted by humanity's sins and perhaps motivated by other, more complex desires, they decided to eradicate the mortals, reshaping the world in their image.
The Titans, however, would not stand idly by as the Gods sought to supplant them. They rallied behind their leaders, Gaia and Chronos, and prepared for war. The ensuing conflict, known as the Titanomachy, raged across the universe, shaking the very foundations of existence.
The God's successful defeated the Titans, and take control over humanity, and ushering in the age of olympus but this was long ago.
A millennium later and the gods have abandoned humanity and the world has fallen into disorder, death and chaos has consumed humanity leaving the world in ruin.
