Morning runs were mandatory.
Luo Yang was the head coach, responsible for training everyone.
This was no small responsibility, so he had to accept it reluctantly.

Now as a coach, he had to urge everyone to get out the door as quickly as possible.

"Sister An, Sister Guihua, hurry up and change your clothes and put on your shoes," Luo Yang said.
Tang Guihua and An Yuying went about their pre-run preparations.
Shuang Qiao were still lounging in bed, twisting their bodies a little, appearing as if they wanted to get up, but not quite managing it.

An Yuying's delicate voice rang out: "Don't bully our Niu Zai. He's our coach and he isn't even charging us. Yet you still bully him."
At times like these, Tang Guihua loved to contradict An Yuying.
"Oh, Yuying, you mean to say it's okay for him to bully us, but we can't bully him? Sisters, don't be polite, today everyone who doesn't finish their tasks should punish Niu Zai," Tang Guihua said with a laugh.
"Guihua, you're messing around. He's the coach, we can't punish him, that's not right," An Yuying said with light reprimand.
The others laughed it off.
Luo Yang urged, "Let's all work hard together. One lap, then practice some other stuff, it won't take long. Hurry up, those who haven't put on their shoes yet."
"Let's train in the evening. I'm not used to the morning," Qiao Zai Shui said with a sneer.
Students might have time to run in the evening, but girls like Tang Guihua and An Yuying, who were working, only had time to train in the morning.
Luo Yang said, "Little Sister Qiao, get up. No more talk. You have to do extra training today."
Qiao Zai Shui pouted her red lips and said, "Niu Zai, one lap is enough for me."

Tang Guihua and An Yuying were combing their hair.

Luo Yang responded, "Sister An, I'll put my shoes on now."
Seeing that Shuang Qiao were still dawdling, he added, "Today, Big Sister Qiao and Little Sister Qiao will be punished with a hundred push-ups."
Both Er Qiaos rolled their eyes.
