/"Who’s at the door?/" a voice calls from the outside, and I instantly stiffen. Sophie appears from somewhere inside the room and hugs Samuel from behind, her arms coming around his waist. My wolf roars up in jealousy at the thought of someone touching our mate so blatantly right in front of us. My eyes track the movement of her hands on my mate’s body and force myself to look away. I tamp down my jealousy and look directly at Samuel, checking if he will do anything about it.
/"Oh,/" Sophie exclaims when she spots me standing in the doorway. Her smile dies down and morphs into confusion and I don’t know how to respond to this. She wasn’t expecting me like this.
/"Clara wants to talk to me about something,/" Samuel explains my presence to Sophie and she nods in response.
