Chapter 82 - CH-82

After Sean and Tyson were discharged the next day, the group rechecked the mission board. There were no new missions that would get them Cores, so they decided to return. There would be a helicarrier to carry troops, that were heading back to Fortress from a further base. Sean didn't know why they would be carrying troops back from a further base, but he didn't dwell on it. It may very well be that an incursion happened on the mainland, so they were pulling some forces back. It had to be a severe one, as the military would've provided support already. At midnight, the helicarrier landed on the base for fuel resupply, and the Evolutionaries boarded it. The distance that took them over three weeks to travel did not take longer than 12 hours, and they were back at the Fortress just after noon.
