Chapter 77 - Chapter 206: The God of Light is the White-Clad Hero?

Even Thor could imagine how terrifying it would be if a being possessed such overwhelming and horrifying power.

"So, based on mythology, you think this God of Light might be connected to Asgard, and that Balder is my brother?" Nick Fury asked.

Thor nodded thoughtfully, trying to recall any details from his memory.

Despite his efforts, Thor couldn't remember ever having a brother named Balder. The idea of such a sibling was foreign to him. However, he hesitated, unsure if he could completely rule out the possibility of having such a sibling.

He murmured, "I'm not sure about my father's affairs. I only recently discovered Loki, and he…"

Thor paused, not continuing his thought.

Fury picked up on this and asked, "Are you suggesting that it's possible Balder might indeed be your brother? You're not certain if your father and mother had another son?"

Thor nodded slowly, about to say more when a realization struck him.

"Brother?" Thor's mind raced, and suddenly a figure appeared in his thoughts.

A figure who was initially seen in white robes and recently in mysterious black attire…

The White-Clad Hero…

"Could the God of Light Balder be him?" Thor gasped in shock.

Fury asked, "Who is 'him'?"

Thor snapped back to the present and said, "I'm not sure when I might have had a brother, but the only one who has recently shown signs of being related is that White-Clad Hero."

"Fury, you know, the White-Clad Hero!"

The bar, which had been noisy, suddenly felt silent to Fury. He was stunned by the implication.

The White-Clad Hero might be the God of Light Balder?! This was unbelievable!

Fury struggled to process this. He found it hard to imagine that someone with the already miraculous abilities of the White-Clad Hero could possess the power to envelop the entire Earth, Asgard, and other realms in such a way.

However, despite his disbelief, Fury began to accept this possibility. The White-Clad Hero's strength was already formidable and feared. If he were indeed the God of Light, it made sense. It was too coincidental for a new god to emerge suddenly, and the logic fit that the White-Clad Hero could be Balder, a hidden deity of great power.

This revelation suggested that the White-Clad Hero had been concealing his true strength all along. The true extent of his power was unimaginable.

Fury felt a shiver thinking about the light that had once enveloped the entire Earth and Asgard.

The two continued their discussion, their faces reflecting the profound impact of this information.

Finally, Fury said, "If possible, I hope you can ask your father and mother about the God of Light Balder when you return to Asgard."

"Alright, I have to go now," Fury said, hurrying out of the bar and getting into a black car to leave.

Thor watched Fury's departing figure, his own desire to drink gone. He muttered, "I want to return to Asgard and tell my father and mother about this. Curse Loki for destroying the Bifrost!"

Thor was troubled and conflicted, filled with a mix of emotions—apprehension, anticipation, excitement…

If the White-Clad Hero was indeed Balder, his brother, it would be incredibly thrilling. Having such a powerful brother was exhilarating!

Thor thought, "With such power, even Father might not be a match."

"Also, when did Father and Mother have another child?" Thor wondered.

He briefly considered the possibility of a secret son of his father but dismissed it quickly. The main thing was that if this person was indeed his brother, it was enough for him.

Thor began planning how to tell his allies, like Hogan, Vandal, and Sif, and boast about this discovery.

Meanwhile, Nick Fury, heading back to S.H.I.E.L.D., instructed Hill to urgently gather information on the myth of the God of Light Balder and considered informing Captain America and the others.

Soon, Captain America, Black Widow, and Iron Man Tony Stark, who was resting at his villa, received Nick Fury's message.

After reviewing the information, each of them showed expressions of disbelief.

The enigmatic and powerful White-Clad Hero was possibly the God of Light from Asgard?

Most crucially, the light phenomenon that recently covered the entire Earth might be related to him!

The phenomenon also occurred not only on Earth but across various realms…

At Tony Stark's luxurious villa.

"JARVIS, do you really think gods exist in this world?" Tony Stark asked incredulously.

"Sir, I am uncertain. However, based on current information, the probability of gods existing is significant. Mr. Thor is one example. But I believe you are referring to something different from Mr. Thor's situation…"

As they discussed, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Dr. Banner were all in shock, filled with disbelief and suspicion.

While the Avengers were reeling from the shock, Syd focused back on himself, feeling the faith power accumulating. He was somewhat surprised.
