Alexander paid no attention to the online discussions about him. At this moment, he was fast asleep, completely unbothered.
By the time he woke up, it was already morning. Sunlight streamed through the gaps in the curtains, illuminating his room. Alexander stretched lazily and muttered to himself, "Another beautiful day."
"Beautiful? You might not think so in a moment," came a voice from his door.
Alexander looked up to see Utaha standing there with a sly smile. Her expression puzzled him.
"What's going on? Why wouldn't it be a beautiful day?"
Without answering immediately, Utaha stepped closer to Alexander, her smile growing wider. She leaned in and whispered in his ear, "Alexander, don't forget—you promised to accompany me to the comic exhibition today."
"Yeah, I remember. So, what's the problem?" Alexander replied, still confused. "It's just a comic exhibition. I've gone to them before."
Utaha's smile widened mischievously. "If nothing had happened yesterday, it would've been fine for you to go with me. But now..."
She walked over to the window, grabbed the curtain, and flung it open.
For a moment, Alexander stared in disbelief. Outside his home, a massive crowd had gathered—an ocean of people.
Fans of all kinds stood at his doorstep. Some held signs that read '"Alexander, We Love You!"' Others were dressed in cosplay clothing featuring images of Kurumi, Gilgamesh, and Altair. Children peeked through the gaps in the crowd, trying to catch a glimpse inside. Some even attempted to scale the wall, only to be stopped by the police stationed nearby.
Alexander blinked, bewildered. "Huh? Aren't these people afraid of what happened yesterday? How could they still come here after seeing all that chaos?"
Normally, Alexander thought, anyone witnessing such an intense scene would be scared or cautious. But these people were the opposite—they seemed eager, almost excited.
'Is the story about humans fearing dragons a lie?' Alexander wondered to himself.
What Alexander didn't realize, however, was that this world was a blend of countless anime universes, and trying to apply conventional logic here was a lost cause. Furthermore, in a world of nearly 10 billion people, it wasn't surprising that a few hundred would have the courage—or recklessness—to show up like this.
Utaha looked at the chaos outside and couldn't help recalling her own experience. Once, she had been just an ordinary student, but thanks to Alexander's animations, she had become a well-known "star" character. Now that Alexander was experiencing the same level of fame, she found the situation amusing.
Seeing the grin on Utaha's face, Alexander sighed in resignation.
Although his magic barrier kept the crowd from entering, having them block his door every day was definitely not ideal.
With a helpless look, Alexander muttered, "What a mess..."
"Forget it, I should just go out and deal with it," Alexander muttered to himself.
After saying this, he freshened up, got dressed, and prepared to leave.
Outside, the crowd of fans was buzzing with excitement, all eyes fixed on the villa in front of them. They resembled fans waiting eagerly for their idol at the airport, except this time, their "idol" was Alexander and the descendants inside.
---
"Hey, buddy, you're really brave. Aren't you afraid those people inside could kill you with just a wave of their hand?" one man asked, looking nervously at the mansion.
"Cut it out! What's there to be scared of? Those are descendants. Sure, Gilgamesh, Altair, and Kurumi might not be the friendliest, but they're not the type to harm innocent people. What am I afraid of?"
"Fair point. I think the same way. Haha, heroes really do think alike! Those scaredy-cats in my class wouldn't dare come here. I don't get it. I've done nothing wrong, so why would Alexander or Nine Tails come after me?"
"True enough. But it's still a pity—there's probably a magic barrier around the place. I saw a few people try to sneak in earlier, but they got pushed back by the defenses."
"Obviously. Hey, do you think we'll ever get a chance to learn magic or superpowers from these otherworldly beings? I dream about having abilities like theirs!"
"Who doesn't? My life's just an ordinary grind—no harems, no saving humanity, no fighting titans, no killing ghouls, and no rescuing elves. I can't stand it anymore!"
"I've made up my mind. If I see Alexander, I'll throw myself at his feet and beg him to take me as his disciple. Even if it costs me my life, I won't leave until he agrees!"
"Hah! You think Alexander's just going to let you cling to him? We girls have dibs on one thigh each!"
"Fine, then I'll take the third leg! No matter what, if Alexander doesn't accept me today, I'm not going anywhere!"
---
Meanwhile, Alexander stood on the roof of his villa, gazing at the crowd below with a heavy sigh.
"Do I really have to go out there?" he thought to himself.
'Should I make a grand entrance?' he wondered. 'It feels like if I just walk out, these crazy fans might tear me apart.'
But before Alexander could decide, he suddenly sensed a strange fluctuation in the sky.
