"He can do that?" Tang Hao raised an eyebrow as he continued flying, his tone filled with disbelief.
But when he thought back to the last time Yu Xiaogang had helped his son escape Spirit Hall's grasp, he realized it wasn't entirely out of the question. Maybe, just maybe, Yu Xiaogang could pull it off again.
Tang Hao knew Yu Xiaogang's condition wasn't too serious—mostly just a scorched rear. With the healing powers of his Blue Silver Emperor Right Leg Bone's "Wildfire Can't Destroy, Spring Wind Revives" ability, it wouldn't take much spirit power to heal him.
After a brief moment of consideration, Tang Hao made up his mind.
Channeling his remaining spirit power, Tang Hao activated his Blue Silver Emperor's Right Leg Bone, causing a brilliant blue glow to envelop his leg. The healing energy coursed through him, directed into Yu Xiaogang's body, focusing on the burned area.
As the restorative energy flowed into Yu Xiaogang, the damage to his body—particularly around his rear—began to heal rapidly. Burned skin started to peel away, replaced by new, healthy tissue.
But as he continued the healing, Tang Hao's brow furrowed. This was taking more spirit power than expected. Was Yu Xiaogang's injury more severe than it appeared? Had the damage gone deeper than he realized?
Despite the unexpected drain on his energy, Tang Hao pressed on. He couldn't stop halfway now.
Within moments, Yu Xiaogang's previously charred backside was fully restored, looking healthier than before. At the same time, Yu Xiaogang began to stir, slowly opening his eyes.
"Teacher, you're awake!" Tang San exclaimed, relief washing over him. He quickly explained their dire situation, urging Yu Xiaogang to help them escape.
"You want me to use that spirit ability again?" Yu Xiaogang's eyes widened in shock, his expression tense with dread.
The memory of the earlier explosion—his posterior getting scorched—was still fresh. It had been excruciatingly painful, and the thought of enduring that again filled him with horror.
"Teacher, don't worry," Tang San reassured him. "The Titled Douluo who attacked you before isn't here. This time, it's just the ones we escaped from last time."
Seeing the fear on his teacher's face, Tang San continued, pleading his case. "I know it's embarrassing, but look at our situation! If we don't do something, there's no way out. If we can't escape, Father will—he'll have no choice but to throw you off to lighten the load. I'm trying to save you, Teacher!"
Yu Xiaogang's face twisted with conflicting emotions. He didn't want to face that humiliation again, but the reality was clear—if they were caught, Tang San would be killed, and everything he'd worked for would be lost. His theories, his legacy—gone.
Swallowing his pride, Yu Xiaogang sighed deeply. "Fine. What do you need me to do?"
Tang San's face lit up. "It's simple, Teacher. Here's the plan…"
In no time, Tang San positioned himself on Tang Hao's back, summoning his Blue Silver Grass spirit to secure Yu Xiaogang in place. He wrapped the vines around Yu Xiaogang's chest and waist, keeping him at a distance from Tang Hao. From a distance, the three of them must have looked like they were stuck in a bizarre, undignified arrangement that made even their pursuers do a double take.
But the strange scene wasn't over yet.
Once secured, Yu Xiaogang activated his Beast Spirit, transforming into his Pigman form. His body swelled, and his face contorted into the familiar pig-like features. Reaching into his storage spirit tool, he began rapidly shoveling white radishes into his mouth, gulping them down one after another.
After eating enough radishes, Yu Xiaogang's stomach swelled like a balloon, his face flushed red as he prepared to unleash his infamous spirit abilities.
"Pfff—BOOM!"
With a deafening blast, a thick cloud of foul-smelling, green gas burst from Yu Xiaogang's bare backside, spreading across the sky in a noxious cloud. The stench was unbearable, and it carried with it tiny droplets of some putrid substance.
Thanks to the law of equal and opposite reactions, the force of Yu Xiaogang's explosive flatulence propelled them forward at incredible speed, sending Tang Hao, Tang San, and Yu Xiaogang flying like a jet. In an instant, they shot ahead nearly a hundred meters, leaving their pursuers in the dust.
Unlike Tang San's previous poison mist, which had merely been unpleasant, Yu Xiaogang's attack was in a league of its own. The sheer vulgarity of it—emanating from the most indecent part of his body—was more than enough to make the Titled Douluo of Spirit Hall recoil in disgust.
Chrysanthemum Douluo and the others, their faces twisted in horror, scrambled to avoid the blast, veering off to the side. Their elegant composure was shattered by the sheer absurdity of the situation.
Yet it didn't end there.
Yu Xiaogang, having stocked up on plenty of radishes in his storage tool, continued his assault. Each blast sent them surging further ahead, while wave after wave of foul-smelling green clouds erupted behind them, keeping the Titled Douluo at bay.
Down below, in the forest outside Heaven Dou City, Tang Hao, Tang San, and Yu Xiaogang flew through the air, propelled by Yu Xiaogang's relentless flatulence, leaving a trail of noxious fumes in their wake. The sight of it all drove Chrysanthemum Douluo and the others mad with rage. They wanted nothing more than to tear Yu Xiaogang limb from limb.
Meanwhile, far behind, Bibi Dong floated in midair, watching the chaotic scene unfold. Her normally regal and composed expression twitched with disbelief. The humiliation she felt witnessing such absurdity was unbearable.
Her once cold and proud heart was now filled with regret.
How had she ever fallen for someone like Yu Xiaogang?
