Kaes was currently laid out upon the cold lifeless porcelain floor, he couldn't get up, his already weak muscles were left even weaker after him throwing up to the point where he could barely move, and yet at the same time his migraine was still kicking, and the only good news he had is the fact that his fever broke.
He could feel the pounding in his head like someone was hitting his head and the vibrations were echoing in his skull, like a never ending storm, and the only thing that could bring him some peace was the science that heat rises, so the ground provided a very cool sensation for his mind, easing the pain. And even as he kept his eyes closed, there was a continuous shaking of his hand, that he had no idea was happening.
"Mooooom." He called out for his mother, he felt like he was dying, the pain was getting stronger and stronger, as he laid down unable to stop it realization finally dawned upon him, his mother wasn't coming, no matter how much he called, he needed to call her, no he needed to call an ambulance, somebody that could help him.
"Mom's not back yet, f***** me," He said out loud as he couldn't as he couldn't focus his thoughts, the pain was far too much, "Mooom." He called out for her once more, out of instinct, yet his voice wasn't capable of being heard by anyone.
He gritted his teeth and focused his mind as he started to push up off the ground and moved himself from the bathroom to the room with their beds, in quick bursts but each one made his pain skyrocket to another level. The pain was too much and it caused his vision to blur up significantly as every second he was even an inch off the ground was hell. It took time but he eventually made it to the stand with the phone and right before he could grab the phone, with his long skinny arms that were shaking, he felt an electrical tingle in his body right before he lost control of his hand and it hit the ground. He turned his head to the side and easily looked over the mattress and saw the clock.
11:17 AM
For a second it felt like everything stopped, he couldn't feel anything there was no pain, no heat, no cold, no ground or carpet beneath him, it felt like he was in a void, weightless and null of any heat. 'What the f******.' His voice drowned out as his entire body hit the ground. He could feel again, he could feel the carpet, he could feel the temperature of the room, his migraine was even gone, and even the sweat on his back. However he still couldn't feel the twitching in his hand, which had spread throughout his entire arm now.
"F*************!" he yelled out in the room, as his migraine came back for the third time in less than 20 minutes, and inside his mind he felt like he was a teenage girl getting railed by a football team. He felt odd, like he was having trouble breathing and it felt like his lungs were constricting, and in a matter of seconds his stomach began aching, and he vomited everything out. Shortly after, his temperature spiked and he felt like he plunged into the bowels of hell as his body was covered in sweat like he just came out of a pool, and his whole body was even starting to shake as even his skin was starting to turn red like his rash was coming back. He was experiencing all these sensations all at once, each one just as intense as the next and due to all the intense shaking he went from lying on his stomach to lying on his back.
He was like a fish out of water, he could barely breathe and he was shaking violently as if he was being strangled, his feet were spazzing out to the point where he had no control. Even more black sludge mixed with blood was coming out of his seven orifices. He was suffocating and each second his lips grew paler, showing signs of suffocation. With all the blood coming out and the sweat and the pale complexion it wouldn't be a mistake to say he was dying. His pores were starting to release a black sludge, similar to what he had thrown up, it had this pungent and foul smell that filled up the room in a matter of minutes.
He laid there in a pool of black sludge as his spasming body spread the black sludge to the bed and to the untouched part of the carpet carpet. Every single vein throughout his body began to bulge out and they became visible to the naked eyes of anybody, who were fortunate or unfortunate to catch a glimpse of his body's anatomy. Kaes' body then just stopped moving, a sense of heaviness in each of his limbs that he just couldn't will himself to push past, he was fully paralyzed.
Kaes' eyes dilated, he was beyond awake at the moment only because the PAIN wouldn't let him sleep even if he wanted, his mind begun racing, celebrating, thinking that it was over, then he felt a sense of anxiety, it was nothing more than a feeling like one of those that you get in your chest, in your breath, Kaes wanted to ignore the little feeling. But even though he wanted to don't mean he could, he could feel the sensation of anxiety slowly creeping in with every strained breath through his constricted lungs.
Failing to keep his emotions in check his eyes began to look around the room trying to see something, anything, and when he did he wished he didn't. On the very bed where his mother slept, there was a creature no it would be much better to call it a beast, its body was made up of pure darkness, with spikes poking out at random spots of its body, its legs were easily long enough to cover the bed, it even had a tail, just as long as its legs if not longer, and it was covered in spikes, and its eyes, oh its eyes, there were at least six of them, each one of them filled with a sense of hunger, Kaes even felt like he wasn't human nor threat in its eyes, just easy prey. But what lay beyond that hunger was something more, something he never wanted to see, something that caused him to feel an instinctual fear that his mind couldn't comprehend, yet one that his body could.
Every single hair on his body stood up and that cold sweat got worse and mixed with the puddle of black sludge already seeping into the carpet. His already pale face covered in sweat, you wouldn't have been wrong to consider the next few breaths he took to be his last.
His mind, burdened with the pain of his horrible migraine, almost completely shut down and what remained of his consciousness could only formulate one thought, one thought, one basic command that echoed throughout his entire mind: 'RUN!!!!!!!!'
He tried to move his body, get up, run, do anything, but he couldn't. He was downright paralyzed, he couldn't even move his head more than an inch, and the beast seemed to notice that, and something akin to a smile graced its face, something that was unsightly beyond all words, it's very smile felt like the very antithesis of beauty. It began to move its tail closer, as Kaes' heart was practically beating out of his chest, he felt his life in more danger than ever, even when he was suffering from his migraine, fever, vomiting, and his constricted lungs. Its tail came closer and closer to his abdomen, and one of its spikes pushed up against his gut and then it began to move its tail up to his chest, then to his heart.
But right then his eyes caught something else; it was barely a glimpse, but it was dark just like the beast. The shadow was humanoid and was at least 7 feet tall, but what stood out to him were its eyes bright red. And when he looked into them, he felt the sense of euphoria that he felt on that fateful world altering night, he couldn't feel any pain, nor fear, nothing but that sense of euphoria. His mind entered into a trance, completely forgetting the shadowy beast even with its spiky tail that was just inches away from piercing his chest and entering his heart.
The shadow figure standing at over 7 ft seemed to shrink until it was about 6 ft tall, and the shadow covering it disappeared and in front of his eyes was a naked woman, her skin was brown and smooth with only a small mark on her neck going up to her cheek bone. Her face resembled characteristics of that of an Israeli, she was undoubtedly beautiful, curvy, and sensual, her breasts were big, and her ass was thick, yet at the same time her body was toned and filled with a multitude of muscles.
The beast at the moment looked deeply at the sight of its prey, Kaes' eyes showed an infatuated sense that made the beast's smile grow even more hideous. Its prey looked doe-eyed, so innocent and pure, like it didn't understand the danger before him. The beast didn't disturb him and instead watched its predatory look not changing in the slightest.
"Too much for you, isn't it Kaes Van Helsing." The woman's voice sounded mature, and sensual, so delightful to his ears, completely releasing him from his suffering and pain. It was to the point that he didn't even notice that she said his full name. "I know how you feel, Van Helsing, sick to your stomach, you can hear your heart beating through your chest, and then comes the realization,... that you will never truly be the same." And she disappeared, leaving him searching for her but when he looked straight up he saw a pair of red eyes looking down at him softly.
But when he looked carefully at her face, he realized he had seen her before. The woman he was now looking at was the waiter from the day before, but she looked older and her body muscles matured and were a much paler color. She had a diamond earring in her left ear and a pearl earring in her right ear, and then slowly he rolled his eyes up to catch more of a view.
She was wearing a long white shirt that clearly belonged to a much bigger man and right above her breasts, he could see a tattoo of a rose, more specifically a white rose. Hidden by the long shirt were her hips and peach shaped ass, yet at the same time her crotch was smoothly covered by a snow white thong.
"Darling, you want to sleep don't you," The pale white woman, who looked like his waiter, said and all Kaes could do was nod, close his eyes, and let himself be swept away by her harmonic and feminine voice, "Mmm… I know but it is time to wake up, you're not done yet." She moved her hand and began to use her index finger to draw closer to his heart, while the beast had lifted its tail up in order to strike.
Kaes completely disregarded her last statement and his pale face that seemed to have little breath left seemed to slow down until it was audible throughout the entire room and then it stopped. Then the inevitable came, without oxygen the heart could barely pump blood, and eventually his heart stopped. And the silence spread across the whole room leaving it void of any and all sound.
"Kaes you have to wake up now for me, for us, please wake up Kaes, please…," A truly sorrowful voice rang out between deep ragged breaths, just by the sound of the voice one could feel the soul crushing feeling the voice felt, "Please come back to me Kaes, please… don't leave me alone."
His eyes shot open and he took a deep breath as his heart restarted. The first thing he saw was ocean blue eyes, eyes that he would always remember, eyes that he had looked into since the day he was born, she was the only one who looked upon him with a loving smile, loved him, and took care of him. He was being held in her arm like he was truly a baby, something weak, something that needs to be protected.
In less than, what can only be considered a nanosecond after he had opened his eyes, his mother's finger was raised in the air and now diving back down aimed straight at his chest, while at the same time the beast tail was falling at the same pace beyond the speed of light, until something made contact. All Kaes could feel was something sharp piercing his chest and entering, an organ that should never be forced open, his own heart.
His irises began to adopt a reddish hue, the very same blood reddish hue that the blood moon had. The veins protruding in his face started to turn black and eventually went from top to bottom until every single one of his veins turned pitch black. Each and every single one of his bones seemed to be shifting, creating an audible sound that filled the room, and also overloaded his brain with too much PAIN. Due to Kaes being stuck in a cycle of non ending pain, it eventually reached the point where his blood vessels in his eyes burst and released a tar colored blood that completely covered his scleras.
It was… truly an odd sight, some might pass out from what they heard, others might be curious and even look upon him with excitement.
