Two days later, as usual Victor woke up first and saw that his omega was still fast asleep next to him. Daren clung to his body and used his arm as a pillow. Sure he felt a little sore, but as long as it made Daren feel comfortable he was fine.
"Hey sleepyhead. It's morning and it's time to get up. Aren't you hungry?" he asked as he gently rubbed Daren's head.
He squirmed softly, and said he wanted chocolate flavored toast for breakfast. He also wanted chocolate milk and ice cream. But Victor refused because Daren had eaten a lot of ice cream yesterday.
"No, not more ice cream."
"Mnnnn... Ice cream!" replied Daren who was still asleep but he answered randomly.
Eventually, Daren did fall back to sleep and it made Victor smile. He hadn't expected such a small thing to make him smile.
He kissed Daren's forehead, wanting to stay in bed with him longer.
