Pakura walked through the streets of Kirigakure, gazing in astonishment at the thriving village around her.
"Is this really Kirigakure? Have I come to the wrong place?" She was genuinely stunned.
The outside world's perception of the Mist Village had always been one of backwardness, dampness, gloom, and bloodshed. Yet, upon arrival, she discovered just how incredibly mistaken that view had been!
On both sides of the street, merchants were already opening their shops for business. Pakura strolled along, taking in the sights.
"Phew..." She calmed her racing thoughts, reminding herself of her objective.
Her mission was to investigate Yūsuke Kamizuki!
According to intelligence, Yūsuke frequently stayed at the ANBU headquarters. Pakura pursed her lips, confirmed her direction, and began to make her way there.
Two hours later, the streets had grown busier, providing perfect cover. She had reached the edge of her line of sight, where she could finally see the ANBU headquarters.
The tall building exuded an austere atmosphere. As she approached, Pakura overheard villagers discussing Yūsuke Kamizuki. To her surprise, she realized that his reputation in the village was unexpectedly high!
Some villagers were discussing marrying their daughters to him, while others hoped their sons would join the ANBU headquarters to serve under the esteemed Captain.
She was astonished at Yūsuke's apparent unifying influence.
However, she recalled the Kazekage's words: hadn't he described the so-called "Ice God" as inherently brutal, ruthless even towards his own villagers, and a thorough tyrant? Could these villagers' words be false?
Pakura shook her head and pressed on.
"Hm? That is..." At the street's end, she spotted a familiar face.
There was no mistaking it — Tsunade, one of the Legendary Sannin of the Leaf! Beside her were Mikoto Uchiha, Kushina Uzumaki, Tsunade's apprentice Shizune, and a purple-haired young girl.
Hadn't Tsunade, Mikoto, and Kushina been captured by Yūsuke? How could they be wandering the village so freely?
Pakura felt her mind reeling. Was she truly here for intelligence gathering, or had this become a sightseeing trip?
"Today, we're going to eat Yūsuke into poverty again! Let's go!" Tsunade's voice faded as they walked away.
Utterly bewildered, Pakura shook her head and continued towards the ANBU headquarters. By noon, she had gathered some preliminary information.
Kirigakure's interior was vastly different from outside rumors. Its facilities were advanced, Yūsuke Kamizuki wielded significant influence, and security around the ANBU headquarters was exceptionally tight.
Casually making contact with Yūsuke would be no easy task.

In the hotel room, Pakura carefully wrote down all the preliminary intelligence she had obtained. She then used Suna's unique ninja pigeons to transmit the message.
She opened the window. After watching the pigeon flap its wings and disappear, she finally let out a soft sigh of relief.
Just as she turned around, preparing to rest a bit before continuing to gather intelligence, her pupils suddenly trembled violently!
In her hotel room, there was unexpectedly a figure sitting on a chair, looking at her with a smile on his face.
This person... There was no mistake! It was Yūsuke Kamizuki! Before carrying out this mission, she had thoroughly memorized his portrait.
At this moment, she instantly became flustered.
"W-who... who are you?" Pakura's voice carried a hint of trembling.
She racked her brains, thinking if she had overlooked anything during the day. But there was nothing! Every step of her infiltration had been perfect. Even her identity had been carefully established. Even if people became suspicious, they would be able to verify the identity she had set up.
"The purpose of your coming to my Mist Village — isn't it for me? Yet you say you don't know me. That's not very honest." Yūsuke chuckled softly, looking at Pakura before him.
Pakura! Possessor of the Scorch Release Kekkei Genkai!
In the original story, she met a tragic end. She died as a result of cooperation between Sunagakure's Rasa and Kirigakure, becoming a political sacrifice despite possessing a powerful Kekkei Genkai.
With proper nurturing, her strength could have reached at least half-Kage level. Instead, she was abandoned by the Sand Village — a truly ridiculous waste of potential!
Just five minutes ago, Yūsuke had sensed her presence. While other ninjas might struggle to detect her Kekkei Genkai, for him it was effortless. Upon discovering that Pakura, wielder of the Scorch Release, had infiltrated, he couldn't help but smile.
Wasn't this a gift delivered right to his doorstep? To refuse would be disrespectful to the Kazekage. How could he turn down something offered for free?
"I... I don't know you." Pakura stammered, her breathing becoming rapid.
She never imagined that after infiltrating Kirigakure for less than half a day, she'd already been caught by Yūsuke Kamizuki himself.
"You don't know me, huh?" Yūsuke shrugged.
In the next instant, he transformed into a bolt of lightning and vanished without a trace!
This move left Pakura dumbfounded. What kind of strange and bizarre ability was this?!
Crack—
A muffled thunder sound rang out as Yūsuke instantly reappeared in the room!
In his hand was a live white pigeon. Seeing this, Pakura's pupils contracted sharply. She had already begun to secretly gather her chakra.
He calmly removed the note from the pigeon.
"Lord Kazekage, I have successfully infiltrated Kirigakure. I've discovered that the Mist Village is completely different from the rumors outside."
Following that was Pakura's description of Kiri, as well as the preliminary information she had gathered about him. After reading it, Yusuke smiled lightly.
"This is quite well written, isn't it, Pakura?"
When she heard him call out her real name, her pretty face instantly turned pale. She whirled around!
Body Flicker Technique!
Escape!!
Before carrying out this mission, Pakura had received the highest order from Rasa: if her identity was exposed, she was to escape immediately, by any means necessary!
Escape with all her might!!
Now, Pakura was on the verge of tears. She never imagined she would be directly targeted by Yusuke Kamizuki himself.
"Huff... huff..." Escaping to a park, she finally caught her breath.
Looking around, she saw no sign of him. But she didn't dare let her guard down. Just as she was about to flee again, his voice suddenly sounded next to her ear.
"Tired of running?"
"!!!" Pakura's whole body trembled in shock. She gritted her teeth!
And she fled with all her might!
Yusuke shook his head, thinking, "You think you can outrun my Flying Thunder God Technique?"
After two hours of running, Pakura's chakra was nearly depleted. She stood panting heavily, glaring at the smiling Yusuke before her. Anger began to well up inside her.
It dawned on her that he could have easily caught up at any time. He had been deliberately toying with her!
[ Ding! Pakura is filled with anger towards you! Congratulations, host has gained 5000 Villain Points! ]
"Pakura, you're quite good at picking locations." Yusuke remarked, glancing around.
They stood on the rooftop of a residential building in the bustling city center, surrounded by lively crowds.
"Yusuke Kamizuki! Let me go!" Pakura snarled, gritting her teeth, "Otherwise... I'll... I'll attack these people!"
In desperation, she resorted to this despicable threat.
Her hands formed seals, and fireballs condensed from her Scorch Release began to appear, rotating continuously around her.
"Even if I die... I'll take your people with me!" Pakura threatened, cold sweat beading on her forehead.
Fear gripped her heart. She dreaded the possibility that her bluff wouldn't work. After all, she had no intention of harming innocent villagers. If her threat failed, she resolved to engage Yusuke in a final battle — and die fighting.
This was the most honorable choice.
At this moment, Yusuke discerned from her facial expressions that she was using this tactic to intimidate him.
But in this game, two can play at the same time…
His expression gradually darkened. His calm voice was laced with bone-chilling coldness.
"Woman. You can threaten me. But daring to threaten these innocent villagers... You should have kept your mouth shut."
Upon hearing his words, Pakura immediately realized she had just stepped on his reverse scale.
She gritted her teeth. Now, the only option was to fight and die in battle!
Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder!
In an instant, those scorching fireballs floating around her body howled furiously towards Yusuke!
Her threat to the villagers had been empty words. If actually forced to harm those innocent people, she couldn't have done it.
Yusuke looked at these dense fireballs. His eyes flashed with a cold light. A biting chill instantly extinguished the fireballs! The entire rooftop of the residential building was filled with endless coldness!
The cold air continuously invaded Pakura. Within seconds, it completely stripped her of any ability to fight!
She gritted her teeth, her whole body shaking. Her pupils trembled in fear at his power.
This man's strength was simply ridiculous!
Yusuke slowly walked up to Pakura.
"You know, Pakura, you're quite famous. Your actions never go unnoticed in my intelligence reports." Yusuke said, his voice cold yet playful, "A woman with a powerful Kekkei Genkai, not to mention striking beauty."
He slowly lifted her chin.
"I've always wanted to meet you."
Pakura glared at him with irritation, fully aware of her predicament but unwilling to acknowledge it.
"Yusuke Kamizuki! What are you going to do?" She demanded, "Just kill me quickly! If you're a real man, you'll end this now!"
"I am a man, but I'm not a fool." He chuckled, his gray eyes seeming to pierce her brown ones.
"You bas—" Pakura's retort was cut short as her cheeks flushed crimson.
Without warning, Yusuke captured her lips with his own. Pakura's eyes widened in shock.
The cold had completely permeated her body, leaving her in a state of near-paralysis. Her chakra was in disarray, rendering her unable to exert any strength. Even moving a finger was beyond her capacity.
Resistance was impossible. She couldn't even scream as his tongue invaded her mouth, intertwining with hers. To her dismay, the scoundrel had the audacity to slightly release the cold's grip, allowing her to respond involuntarily.
Resigned to her fate, Pakura closed her eyes, unwilling to witness what was to come. She felt his grip on her waist and her green hair tumbling loose, brushing against her neck. She braced herself for the inevitable.
Snap!
With her eyes still shut, Pakura failed to notice that they had instantaneously returned to her hotel room — the very place she had fled from earlier.
It would take her some time to realize that her entire escape had been nothing more than an elaborate Genjutsu.
