Silva called in Sage and then had everyone, including himself, leave the room, leaving only Sage and Azreal.
"Should we not be there to help her? She has lost her father and brother, and now she might actually lose her mother," Aris said.
"I know, and that's why she has to face it herself, take out all her emotions now, and do what she needs to.
If she decides to cry her heart out, then that's good; if she decides to punch Azreal, then fine. But the only way she'll be able to accept this completely is by herself, or so I believe," Silva said and walked away.
He walked alone down the hallways, his mind lost in thought. He wondered how his life here would have been if Azreal had never been involved in all this.
The change that occurred—could it have been stopped if Azreal never did anything?
"The more I seek out freedom, the more I realize that I'm just a puppet to someone's game or whims," Silva said to himself.
