The king chased after Ronald at top speed, going in for another slash. Ronald spun around and blocked the attack. Immediately as the swords clashed, Ronald used an explosive ice spell, with the sword as the wand.
Ice exploded from the sword and blasted the king away. Ronald may not have been as strong as the king, but he was a battle-hardened veteran and knew how to fight better than the king, so he was trying to use his experience to take down the king.
The king stood up after the attack, royally pissed at Ronald. He raised his sword into the air; dark clouds formed immediately, and lightning struck the sword. The king channeled that lightning and fired it at Ronald.
