These demands were Missions on everything that Sunagakure had found to be overwhelming, Although many aspiring Ninjas had managed to take this sudden surges of Missions as an advantage for them to become strong and climb up the ranks. This still turned into a overwhelming event for Sunagakure, this was due to the surge of many sand bandits and newly formed Sand Shinobi Villages.
This had triggered the start of Sunagakure's problems and had pressured the 3rd Kazekage of the time. Although hailed as the Strongest Kazekage of his time in Sunagakure, he still succumbed to the pressure of the Daimyo's requests and was on tight and busy schedule. But by this time he was mentoring a certain person who would become a prominent figure in Sunagakure in the Future.
In Kumugakure, Ei or A who was the Third Raikage of kumugakure was also being pressured by the current events in the Ninja World, this lead to some series of events and eventually led him to face the Eight-Tailed Beast ' Hachibi ' alone allowing his comrades to escape. Their battle resulted in A receiving a self-inflicted wound to the chest after he collapsed upon his own hand, which became his life's shame. But as Kumugakure couldn't afford to dispose of such a valuable war deterrent, he was forced to look for a suitable Jinchuriki in quick succession, after the conclusion of each rampage from the beast.
By the time that Ei managed to seal the Eight-Tails in the Kohaku no Jōhei, his Son A who will later on become the Fourth Raikage had become part of the group that supported Ei the current Raikage during occurrences where the Hachibi Rampages in Kumugakure. Between these attacks, A held try-outs along with Dodai in order to search for a tag-team partner for his son, which was a long-standing tradition for the Raikage. As the exercise was seemingly going to end in failure again, he lamented the fact that this would have been unnecessary if A had an actual brother. After seeing the dummy's head finally fall off, he looks on at B and his son, glad that they had finally found a suitable candidate. Ultimately, when Killer B was made the Jinchuriki, the Eight-Tails' rampages were at long last brought to an end. But the future of Kumugakure was still not looking good as the looming war was coming in dangerously close.
While in Iwagakure, Ōnoki who was the Current Tsuchikage had made many plans that later on landed looking for a way to take care of Kusagakure, as in the current events of the Ninja World the many newly formed Shinobi Villages and Mountain Bandits that have been forming in the Land of Earth have been pestering Ōnoki and Iwagakure. So instead of looking for many ways to solve these problems and help his neighboring Great Villages, He instead tried to fuel the fire while trying to take Kusagakure to be part of Iwagakure. This would eventually become a very important event in the Future as it resulted in Konohagakure defending Kusagakure and will become the event where Minato Namikaze's name will echo throughout the Ninja World.
Although Ōnoki had not known the events of the future, he had known that if he fuels the fire more and the Five Great Villages finds out about the current situation and the help of Iwagakure during this problematic event. He would eventually have to face the full brunt of all the other Great Villages, so instead he opted to take the slow route and waited for opportunities to come. This made Iwagakure the least stressed Great Village as he had instead tried to recruit the Mountain Bandits and even tried to coax the leaders of some newly formed shinobi villages near the borders of The Land of Earth.
And on Kirigakure, We had already known the events that aspired in the Land of Water and how much of a devastating blow Madara delt to this Great Village. But now they are more pressured as the increasing Sea Bandits and newly formed Shinobi Villages was making its way through the borders of The Land of Water, Yagura Karatachi was by this time a very strong ninja and even a candidate for Kage. Although he had formed a family he was still very loyal to his village and was constantly getting stronger, this made him a prospect Mizukage in the future in the eyes of the Third Mizukage. Who in fact by now was getting pressured due to the many problems arising in Kirigakure.
Starting from the eradication of the Kaguya Clan and even now the start of the eradication of the Hozuki Clan another prominent clan in Kirigakure was on its way. This had become a very dangerous theme for Kirigakure as the Mizukage, due to The Land of Water being to far to bodies of lands had received many news far too late and has only realized that a War was looming in the Horizon. This pretty much secured the crumbling of Kirigakure in the eyes of many. Madara Uchiha was not exempted to this news and status of Kirigakure.
