Chereads / Bloodlines part 2 / Chapter 8 - Strength.

Chapter 8 - Strength.

It's time....

"You.. you Bastard! My hand it's buuurninggg" [bystander] the creature was distracted with the pain of the burning sensation, that I can take control of, the situation of this fight, Is in my favor now I will end this bastard.

I raise my arm that looks like it's vibrating intensely. Then I slice the neck of the creature so fast even I didn't notice it. Then the blood splatters around the ripped neck wound, it was definitely not a clean cut. It was more jagged like, then the head fell off slowly. My power was fading, as my body started to swallow up in fear. My vision went dark and, Grey with hints of reddish outlining, Then as I looked at the school window.

The monster was staring at me with rage only created with a person who had lost everyone they loved.

Any source of strength I had faded, besides a small spark with the potential to end everything. Right now I don't have that strength right now, I'm weak right now vulnerable. Then as I killed his brother, it came down from the window, in a pit of rage called out my name. "BYSTANDER YOU DAMMNED BASTARD" come and fight me then Die.

I couldn't run away, but I had a feeling I can outlast him in a fight the reason I thought that is because, my power boosts my speed by a bit. So I use Accelerate! Again but, there was 1 problem for me, it only worked for 1 limb at a time. I feel much less confident, when it tries to hit me I can somehow see the blow of the monster coming toward me. Meaning I can outlast him by dodging using my various limbs.

The power I have may be weak, it may be useless in any other fights, but this one is perfect to kill you right now.

I dodge using my various limb switching accelerate control, when it swings left I use my right leg to barely escape an attack, but then it aims straight for my torso. I don't think I can avoid that, but then I remembered I can phase through the monsters blows. So I concentrate all my energy into my torso then I phase through the strike. But out of nowhere I get hit by a random strike that hit me in the side of my head.

The pain nearly, knocked me out due to my brain rattling in my skull, another blow comes from it. Kicking me right in the face, I fell back a few feet. Back near a tree that served as a perfect escape route, I'm sure the monsters are new to My woods. I always used the woods to escape the people I stole from, they are memorized in my head.
