Two days later...
During this period, X gave a brief explanation to Brian about somethings and details of his world he was to take note of, places never to go, and those to avoid, the messengers of fall and other dangerous existence, infact, basically all information given were on things that could harm or potentially treat him as food.
Today, they were to learn more about the portal that brought him here and who were those beast people who appeared in his world and were did they come from.
"oh, good morning human" Said Dr. X arranging his glasses, he turn he was cooking, which slightly surprised Brian, "it's Brian,, Brian Ramsey, quite with the human" Said Brian, he looked around, "where's Ibara?" He asked.
"She went back home, she doesn't live here" Said X taking a sip of the source to verify wether it was testy, he nodded, "but, since today isn't a school day, she might be coming over" He said, Ding! "Talking of, it most be her, can you go open up" Asked Brian.
Brian walk towards the door and open it, he saw Ibara back facing him, she turn and look at him, "oh, already awake?" She held his hand and dragged him out, "Ah!" He tried to protest, but her grip was surprisingly firm, "where are you taking me this early?" He asked, "I would explain on the way, just tag for the moment" Said Ibara, from behind, they could here X shouting about dinner being ready.
When X came to the door step and saw that, they had left, he was dispirited, "what's with this girl playing around with my experiment subject" He grumble, "I hope they don't go somewhere dangerous " He hoped.
"Say that again?" Asked Brian, "we are going to the old ruins" Said Ibara excitedly, "wait, old ruins, what's that again?" He asked.
"Oh, yesterday, Rasaka called me, he told me he knew a friend who knew a friend, who knew someone working in the demolition and destruction force that discovered old ruins during the demolition of one of their sites, apparently, during the exploration, some of them even disappeared within, it's said that a ghost or a rare monster might be residing there, " Said Ibara happily, she walk dragging Brian around town, Brian tried hiding his head under his hood avoiding the gaze of the people looking at them.
"So what?" Brian walked forward and stopped Ibara, "Don't tell me your planning to go there?" He asked, "what?" Ibara looked at him, "are you scared?" She looked at him with a crescent smile, Brian turn slightly red.
"What the hell are you saying, someone as manly and courageous as me can't be afraid " Said Brian, "that's great, let's go!" Ibara was excited, she dragged him without his concern.
They soon reach the entrance to a cave, "this is definitely stupid " Said Brian, Ibara waved with her hand, "what are you saying, this is adventure, wait a minute, they others would soon be here" She looked around, soon, she saw a group of three appearing, Bull, Kate and Rasaka.
"Where's Nikki?" Asked Ibara, "she said it was too dangerous for her, she would pass" Said Kate, she look displeased with that, "whatever, are you guys ready?" Asked Rasaka, he immediately stood at the entrance happily, a ball of light appeared in his hand, the others, except Brian nodded, "let's go" everybody cheered up, still, except Brian, who did not really look pleased by this.

Bull kicked a pebble which flew and collided with the rough walls, "how deep our we still going to go?" He asked with a bored expression, Kate touched his muscle hands, "heh, stop that, if there's something around, what would you do?" She asked a little frightened.
"I think we have arrived the exit" Said Rasaka, as he led the group forward, by his side, Ibara, she held his hand and sometimes, they even cuddle and laughed, but she turn behind and saw Brian at the back, he kept on looking around.
Soon, they exited the cave-like tunnel which led them another bigger cave, the exclaim in amazement at the gigantic space and also...
"Are this-" Bull tried to ask, but Kate answered them immediately, "Ancient Ruins, fascinating " She looked up.
Pillars tall enough to reach the cave surface could be seen, the kids were amazed and excited, as if the discovered an ancient civilization, everybody, except one, who showed a different expression, that of confusion and panic, "what the hell is all this about?" He asked, Ibara and the others turn around to watch Brian, "what's the issue Brian?" She asked.
"This are buildings of my world" Said Brian, Ibara slightly panicked, "what do you mean?" She ran towards him and slapped him on the head, "ouch!" He scratched his head, "why did you?-oh..." He soon realize his error, "you surely slept late yesterday working with that Dr. Line and his boring lessons " She gave out a made up excuse and Brian nodded rapidly.
"Whatever, who wants to go in?" Asked Rasaka, which immediately directed their attention back to the topic, they walked towards the ruins, "I wonder what extraordinary stuffs we shall pick within this place" Said Bull excitedly, he ran forward followed behind by Kate.
What they didn't know was that, on the top of one of the building, a figure stood up with a black hood, with purplish eyes, "Nuisance, this wasn't really needed" They person spoke, a group of people showed up behind her like ghost.
"Valeria Orphilia, what are your orders?" Asked the one closer to her, "spread out, the Gloves of split should be around, find it at all cost, and eliminate any hindrance you face" She ordered, the people nodded and vanished in dark smoke, the wind blew and the hood came down, she had a fair skin and long ears with black hairs which flew with the direction of the wind, she was extremely beautiful and sexy, member of the dark elves, her body blurred in dark smoke and vanished.
In the profound darkness of the tallest skyscraper, an eerie atmosphere had invaded the the whole building, from the top floor to the last floor, but, it did not stop that as the building went further down, untill the last floor, where shining gloves kept blinking like a broken bulb in the dark, near it, a giant hand scratched on the thick concrete walls leaving a line of cracks behind.
""Yes, I got it, yes sir, yes sir, understood " Rasaka put of the square like crystal, the hologram dissipated, he kept it in his pocket and walked out of the shade, he look behind and frown, he felt someone's gaze but it soon vanished, "should be my imagination " He thought, but as he left, someone showed up in the target smiling, "interesting " Before vanishing once again.
"What took you that long?" Asked Ibara, "sorry my bad, I was searching... To ease myself haha" He said, Ibara looked at him, before looking back at the tallest building, "let's enter this one" She said, the rest looked up at the tall and eerie skyscraper, which half of it was buried deeply underground.
