The Immemorial Citadel stood proud on a certain jagged edged mountain which overlooked the landscape and the city.
It's proud and protected walls were covered in metals and alloys, each cast a testament to the Citadel's indomitable defense.
Inside the Citadel, there were various prison sections, and in those sections, people trapped within seem to be frantically searching for a key to escape the Prison.
Immemorial Citadel is a very strong defensive base or turret that is guarded by robust guards to ensure that their prisoners is unable to get past the security.
In essence, it should be very difficult.
Most prisoners had escaped their prisons only to be caught and imprisoned again...
Not only was it needed for them to escape their prisons, but they also need to be hidden in stealth to prevent been caught.
In different prisons, countless conversations were ongoing...
"KC, if we don't shatter the locks then, we won't get a higher chance of escape."
Captain Kris spoke with a gritted teeth, a white light smashing onto the lock in a deafening clangour.
"This, I've tried Captain..."
"Emily cast your buff on him... Judas, KC would need all the boost for a startling attack. Gina, let's make sure that his expenditure of Stillforce energy isn't too supplous."
KC took a deep breath and shouted.
"Divine sword summon!"
The air around suddenly simmered with a holy and untainted aura...
The manifestation of a golden sword was seen in the brilliant cloud formed from divine energy and at the same time, his 20,000 plus Stillforce energy plummeted to 19 and then 15, reducing at a frightening rate.
That was when Gina acted...
"Lifebloom Circle!"
A strange green circle surrounded KC instantly slowing the rate of his Stillforce depletion. After KC's Stillforce energy stopped decreasing, it then slowly started to replenish itself.
"Life's Guardian!" Emily screamed shielding KC with a divine shield, and KC's stats doubled by the buff.
And finally, Judas waved the mages staff instantly triple boosting KC's stats points. That was when the divine sword started to move towards the prisons lock and then,
boom.
It resulted in thunderous sound.
Wind howled like an omen of dread while the ground was overturned and shattered.
The prison lock shattered and the group of five stared at each other excitedly before sneakily leaving the den.
In another part of the Prison, two figures were seen seated on the floor of their den with a defeated expression on their faces. Both, drained completely of Stillforce energy and their both skills unable to hack the prison's lock.
"Are we ever going to get out?"
Alicia asked, sadness welling up her entire person. Sheila her only companion since after been sent into the dream curse also cried without tears.
The skills that they chose had turned out to be completely useless. And since they could only have one skill, then probably there would no longer be a chance to choose another.
Phantom allows Alicia to blur in several locations at the same time. Phantom also allows very low phasing ability between objects. It also grants one dual invisibility and reflexes...
By right, phantom should allow Alicia to create an explosive force that can shatter even the most stubborn of all rocks, but the lock in the prison was way above her S Tier skill. So, she ended up exhausting her Stillforce energy...
Sheila was simply a petty seer.
Those that possess the ability to tell the future, present and past are classified by the Tiers of their skill.
The Seer is an S Tier skill which Sheila possess.
There's also a skill known as, Divine Oracle which is an SS Tier skill.
And lastly the SSS Tier skill, Heavens Enigma.
From all these, The Seer is the most mundane of all three skills. Sheila had simply been using her skill to deny a time where they had been hopeless in their pursuit of escape, but could not deny that horrible truth. Both could not escape.
"What are we going to do now?"
In several locations, the same issue was ongoing, playing like a movie some with the ability to break the lock, while some with just mundane skills that can do less damage.
"Ortega is scanning the base again."
"Dax, I remember that Ortega had been the reason we all were imprisoned back into the den... Let's not make the same mistake of trying to fight him."
"Shadows!"
One of the boys whispered and a strange wisp of darkness made it's way in a baffling curvature, shrouding and committing the place into a whirlwind of darkness.
The boy jumped from shadow to shadow, avoiding Ortega's visage.
The burly Ortega paused, staring at the phenomenon of darkness that had mysteriously made appearance within the second base.
He quickly unsheathed his massive sword and peered deeper and then, he screamed...
"You pathetic fools..."
The shadow boy froze.
"Crap, he found me!"
"Angela, sheild him from instant–kill."
A round bubble surrounded the son of shadows and an incarnation of one emerged from the chilling blackness.
But, Ortega was a level 200 Wizard and the difference in level was too great.
"Songs of grief!"
The moment Ortega uttered this three words, the shadows suddenly flickered out revealing four persons, their faces as white as a pale sheet.
"We're screwed!"
"We should have entered the den of zombies to level up first... Now, we're returning to prison. It wouldn't be easy to break it now."
In another section within the Immemorial Citadel, another group were trying to escape their cell.
They had displayed varieties of skills that caused their break through...
But, since Ortega the level 200 wizard was overseeing the base, they couldn't leave the prison or even alert him that they had broken the lock.
By what they know of Ortega, he seem to be the most difficult among guards.
And since he is level 200, he stands at the pinnacle of power here within the Citadel.
The only person that Ortega cannot defeat is the owner of Immemorial Citadel and that is, Queen Sheba.
All of this happened under five minutes.
