Lisa's POV
"I am not" I rebuffed the idea immediately, refusing to believe I could be allergic to a fruit I have eaten multiple times.
"I have had pineapples at Least a dozen times this year, I didn't react to it, why will I react to it now?"
"I know it might overwhelming, but adults who experience sudden reaction to things are as a result of family history or change in immune system, it's totally normal, and all that matters is that you were brought to the hospital in time"
For a moment, I was speechless, so what it meant now was I shouldn't be allowed to eat pineapples, what if I become allergic to something else while stuck in a desert!I almost died out there! I was petrified by this realization.
"We would place you on some medication and you should be fine, I would advise you take your drugs everywhere, just in case you come across triggers," she said then left afterwards.
