Evans Anderson
When I thought her eyes looked like the Galaxy, I would say the Galaxy looked like her eyes and not the other way around. Those eyes felt like they were calling out to me in a million ways that I couldn't fathom.
"Do you want to go inside Evans?" She asked, smiling at me as though she caught me off guard checking her out.
"Erm.." I stuttered, looking for the words.
"Let's go Evans, I think it's pretty cold outside" she said, chuckling and walking back into the room she was initially running away from. She clutched onto the shirt I hung over her shoulders as she continued walking into the room as I stood and watched her.
I joined her in the room afterwards and we were both seated on the bed, just looking around the room as it was filled with deafening silence.
I couldn't take it anymore. I turned to face her and just spilled whatever my mouth had to say.
"I think I like you..." We both chorused together, chuckling lightly.
"Oh my God, this is just crazy" she said, covering her mouth with her hand as she was laughing out loud. She looked embarrassed and for me I would say felt more than embarrassed.
"I know it's kinda weird, but seeing you from the street when you almost killed yourself," I said and she laughed out loud.
"Yeah," she said, her face a mask of embarrassment and happiness altogether.
"Even though I don't know why you wanted to do something crazy like that, but from that road to the motel, I haven't been able to take my eyes off you. It's even more crazy because I've only just known you for like three hours" I said, grinning and looking into her eyes. I couldn't believe I would find myself in a situation like this explaining to a lady why I liked her. Things were moving too fast and I was scared and at the same time I just wanted to take advantage of every moment and not let it slip out of my hands.
"I don't even know why I'm saying this, but all I'm saying is….." I was cut short by what I least expected. Her lips were in mine, soft and sweet like honey. I kissed her back, my right hand instinctively wrapping around her waist and my left hand cupping her neck. With my hand around her waist I drew her closer to me deepening the kiss.
My heart hammered frantically against my ribs. It felt like it was going to burst out of my heart. I haven't felt this way towards anyone and it sure did feel blissful. Her hands moved up my chest, tracing the outline of my shirt, unbuttoning and pulling off my shirt and then taking off my singlet. I could feel her breathing quicken, her body heat warming me. I ran my hands through her hair, pulling her closer. The kiss was electric, a whirlwind of emotions that left me breathless.
When we finally pulled away, our foreheads pressed together. We were both panting, our hearts pounding in our chests. I looked into her eyes, and I could see the same intensity in them that I felt.
"I don't know what that was," I whispered, my voice barely audible.
She smiled, her eyes sparkling like a thousand chandeliers. "I don't know either, but I liked it." She confessed.
I leaned in and kissed her again, this time a softer, more tender kiss. As I held her close, I realized that this was just the beginning of something special.
She straddled me, sitting on my thigh holding the back of my head kissing me even more passionately. The feel of her lips on mine and the warmth of her body against mine made my body tense up. I trailed a series of tender kisses along her neck, each one lingering a little longer than the last. Her eyes fluttered shut, surrendering to the moment, as her head tilted back in a graceful arch. A soft breathless moan escaped her lips, a sound of pure ecstasy that resonated between us, heightening the intensity of our connection.
I could feel the warmth of her skin under my lips, the faint pulse in her throat quickening with every touch. The room seemed to dissolve to nothingness, leaving just the two of us, locked in a moment that felt both infinite and fleeting.
Her hands, which had been resting lightly on my chest, found their way to my shoulders, tightening its grip, pulling my closer as if she couldn't bear to be apart, not even for a second. Her breath came in soft, uneven gasps, each one betraying the depth of her desire. I moved my lips slowly up to her jawline, tracing the curve of it with a deliberate, teasing slowness that made her shiver.
"Coral" I called out, my teeth grazing her neck as she let out a loud moan.
"Huh," she replied, barely able to speak further.
"I think we should stop," I said, tracing kisses down her v-neck shaped side, towards her breast.
"Nahhh" she said, still lost in her own world.
"Are you sure about that?" I asked again, before forging ahead to do whatever dirty thing I had in mind. I love the fact that she craved me as much as I craved her.
She nodded in response. I started opening up the buttons of her v-neck shaped shirt revealing more of her cleavage, planting more kisses on her cleavage. I tumbled her over to the bed, leaning above her. I started kissing her jawline slowly again as I reached the corner of her mouth, I paused, hovering just close enough that I could feel the heat of her breath against my own lips. Her eyes opened then, half lidded with longing, and in that instant, the world felt suspended between us, everything hinging on the unspoken need that lingered in the air.
As our lips finally touched, it was as if a dam had burst, releasing a torrent of pent-up emotion that had been building between us for what felt like ages. The initial kiss was soft and tentative, a gentle exploration of each other's senses. But as soon as seconds ticked by, the kiss grew more intense, deepening and becoming more urgent.
The world outside seemed to fade away as we were lost in the moment. Time stood still, and there was nothing but us, locked in a passionate embrace. The kiss felt like a wildfire, burning through the air and leaving behind a trail of undeniable passion. In that instant, nothing else mattered or so I thought until her phone started ringing out.
"I think that's my phone" she said, trying to get her phone as I lifted myself off her so she could get her phone easily.
"It might be my mom calling me," she added. She took her phone by the table beside the bed and kissed her teeth on seeing the name displayed on her phone screen.
"Who is it?" I asked, curiously because of how she reacted.
"It's nobody. Can we just continue?" She said, looking at me lustfully.
She leaned towards me and started kissing me, I kissed back but that wasn't for long not until when our phones started ringing at the same time. It was as though the universe never wanted us to have this moment. We both groaned under our breath in frustration. I took my phone from the table, seeing the name displayed on the screen I had to just answer the phone.
"Yeah hello?!" I said dryly, I wasn't too interested in whatever he had to say.
"You have less than five hours to be back in New York city," my manager said from the other end of the phone.
"Why is that?" I said, uninterested by what he had to say.
"You have a gig, a big one Evans. You don't want to throw this away I assure you" he said convincingly, his voice laced with happiness.
"Yeah whatever, I'll be there by daybreak" I said, still uninterested.
Coral's voice was a whirlwind of disbelief as she exclaimed, "What! How come?"
She dropped the phone and then just laid on the bed.
"So you're in Melbourne because of a girl huh?" My manager said over the phone.
"I'll call you back," I said, ending the phone call.
I laid beside her on the bed, her back facing me, I could hear her sobbing. A million thoughts ran through my mind, about what could possibly have happened.
"Coral?" I called out to her, she turned to face me and I saw her beautiful blue eyes clouded with tears. It broke my heart seeing her that way. I spread out my hands for her so I could embrace, now wasn't the time for questions, she needed comfort. She crawled into my arms, I embraced her tightly, planting a kiss on her head. The tears that threatened to fall from her eyes, fell relentlessly on my body as I could feel her tears.
"Can we just remain like this till daybreak," she muffled underneath my embrace.
"Yeah, sure thing cherry" I said, kissing her head again.
Her sobs echoed in the stillness of the room, a haunting melody of pain and sorrow. I held her tightly, offering the only comfort I could. Earlier on we were having the moment of our lives and just living it like it was just us that mattered, but then reality came crashing down on us.
