In The Year 739, in the village of korimizu, a young Kaito lived a life filled with laughter and adventure. Kaito's mother had succumbed to illness, and his father's identity remained a mystery known only to him. His two younger sisters Hana and Mina was his only family.
Tragedy struck when Mina, just 10 years old, was chosen for the "Offering to the Earth God". Kaito was 12 years old, was powerless to stop the tradition. He remembered the day vividly, the pain and helplessness etched in his mind like a scar. Mina's smile, her laughter, and her tears still haunted him.
Consumed by anger and grief, Kaito abandoned Akakawa with his another sister Hana, vowing never to return. He wandered the land, seeking solace in solitude and honing his skills with the sword. The memory of Mina's fate fueled his determination to protect the innocent and challenge the cruel traditions that had taken his sister from him.
Years passed, and Kaito's legend grew. He became a skilled warrior, a teacher, and a guardian to those in need. Yet, the wound of his past remained, a constant reminder of what he had lost and what he had left behind.
Little did Kaito know, fate would soon lead him back to Akakawa, to face the same tradition that had torn his family apart. The cycle of pain and loss was far from over, and Kaito's return would set in motion a chain of events that would change the course of his life forever.
