Chapter 40 Announcement
Over tha days Karn follow the same routine to adapt the environment of Nalanda University.
Soon after few days Karn get used to environment of Nalanda university, and after training the ancient scripture for most of time.
This ancient scripture practice, known only to the most advanced adepts, involved splitting one's soul into two distinct parts, a process that inflicted unimaginable agony. Karn steeled his resolve and began the ritual, chanting the sacred mantras and focusing his entire being on the task at hand.
"Om Namah Shivaay"
Nātmanā 'nātmanā vāpi prayogenālam anvitā |
Mamedamasti saṃkalpāt kāryakāraṇabhāvavat ||
"Neither by the body, nor by the mind, nor by intellectual operations, nor by mere austerities, can we gain (spiritual) strength, for it comes from the realization 'I am the Immutable Self."
