Chapter 52 Past
The following morning, a teacher approached him with a message. Dean Bodhidharma wished to see him in his office.
As the morning sun bathed Nalanda University in its warm glow, Karn found himself walking towards the imposing central tower where the Dean's office was located. His mind was still reeling from the events of the previous night, the experience of enlightenment still fresh in his memory. As he approached the tower, he noticed an unusual amount of activity, with senior disciples and faculty members hurrying about with purpose.
At the entrance to the tower, Karn was greeted by a solemn-faced attendant who bowed respectfully. "Young Master Karn, Dean Bodhidharma awaits you in his private chambers. Please, follow me."
