High above the hunting grounds, Mahatama's brow furrowed in confusion as he observed the scene unfolding below through his scrying orb.
"A tier 4 king beast? This can't be right," he muttered, his wizened face creased with concern. "It was only a tier 3 when we last conducted the hunting game."
The implications began to dawn on him. "It must have undergone evolution during the intervening years. But for it to advance so rapidly..."
Mahatama's thoughts raced as he considered the true threat this creature posed. King beasts, with their royal bloodlines, were exponentially more powerful than normal monsters. A tier 4 low king beast could easily match or even surpass a tier 5 middle normal monster in combat prowess.
