Chapter 27 Harsh vs Karn
Turning swiftly, Karn then unleashed a concentrated bolt of lightning from his free hand, striking the second dire wolf squarely on the side just as it pounced at him again. The agonized wolf collapsed, immobilized by the Thunder attack.
Harsh frowned, realizing he had underestimated Karn's speed and control over lightning. With his wolves incapacitated, he would need to take a more hands-on approach. Drawing his own blade, Harsh charged at Karn, aiming powerful strikes.
Steel clashed against steel as Karn and Harsh dueled fiercely, matching each other blow for blow. Harsh incorporated quick chants, summoning vines to ensnare Karn's feet but Karn simply channeled electricity to burn through them. All the while, the crowd cheered wildly at the skill on display.
"You're good, Karn, but playtime is over!" Harsh declared. Pulling back, he made a rapid series of hand signs and slammed his palms to the ground. "Forest Dragon!"
