Class choice,a very important milestone for everybody on Quatlas,it is where one gets to choose their class which will orient them.By choosing a class,one basically choose a fighting style.This process is different for every race,for example a demon will only have one class,after that,their class will disappear,so that is why many choose to not address it as a class but more as a necessaryprocess.Why is that You would ask?
It's because of the complex nature of what people call the Apex races.Such races are gifted with the ability to be able to master physical and magical combat which is not the case of everyone.As such it is called specialization.
It is also given another name ,Awakening.Level 25 is so important not because It allows you to choose a class or to specialize yourself and choose a path,it's important because you are given the ability to learn your first skill but it's not only that,you are given the greatest ability,the ability to freely use the mana in your body,it is a quintessential event that allows you to start on your road to ascension.

Sitting on the ground,Baaz was examining his status window,he was marveling at how strong he had become, thirthy meters away the Crab was carefully examining the oblivious young demon.

Baaz rapidly located the section that had his class displayed,he tried to click but his fingers went through the screen,he chuckled finding himself silly and simply concentrate on it the screen changed and he saw:
[ Ding! You are now level 25,class system unlocked,you can now choose a class.]
He took in the text,which was in characters that he didn't recognize but could still understand nonetheless.His nose tried to touch them and he tried to make out the letters.

Cool, now because of his race he's unable to choose utility classes like blacksmith,not that he was planning to anyway.He was going to be a tough guy, a being that would not be pushed around by those pitiful goblins.While thinking about those green beings his gaze hardened and his blood flow accelerated.He admonished himself:" Get yourself together,you will get back at them soon enough".A cough resonated and brought him back to the subject at hand.Now wasn't the time to get distracted.

What is a class?A class is a designation that determines a person's abilities and fighting style, it usually depends on their origin, education as often some peculiar classes need a certain education and a certain environment and knowledge to be obtained. A person's class is defined by the abilities that it allows them to learn as such, two different characters with the same class are theoretically interchangeable, in that they have the same "skills" and can play the same role in a situation because of their similar abilities, but that doesn't mean it is that simple as sometimes particular skills or skill level can make the difference also you have to remember stats allocation.
Fighting classes are generally divided in five categories, they are the fighters,the magicians,the rogues,the clerics and the rangers.Such were the options that Baaz was presented with.

Balthazar was hesitant,he wanted to immediately specialize as a Mage but he was still reluctant as he didn't really know the implications of his choice.Luckily,he had a very old Crab with him so he just kept it simple,he asked.
"If you were me what would pick?"
Jokingly, the crab answered:
" First of all,I'm not you so I cannot choose for you but If I were you,I would pick a fighter specialization."
" Why is that? I think that a Mage would be more powerful in my current situation."Baaz said
He got a look of ridicule from the Crab:
" You know,sometimes you say smart things but at times I wonder if you're smarter than a goblin."
Baaz didn't answer,so the crab continued:
" A mage is usually the most fragile build that one can adopt as they are basically like paper glass,Even though you're a demon it would be quite hard for youto fight at this stage Mage are generally given a strong firepower but a mage cannot exist without a meatshield,so choosing it while fighting it alone would be unwise.And it's not like you won't be able to use magic.It's just that it will not be your primary focus."
" l see..." Said Baaz and he immediately eliminated the Mage. Now there was only Fighter,Rogue and Ranger,he immediately eliminated Ranger as there was no way he was going around with bow and arrow,he felt that it did not suit him.So there was only Fighter and Rogue,the choice was obvious as again he felt that would not be the right choice so Baaz focused on the fighter and mentally made the choice and a list was once again presented to him.

Now, he had to think,as he didn't really know what to choose,not that he didn't have information cause as a former game developer this was something that he was very familiar with but he was kinda stuck.He didn't really have any experience fighting so whatever he choose would be completely alien to his body.He had to choose,he had to do it right.
He was going to turn to to the crab when something unexpected happened,for a second there his status window bugged.Intrigued,Baaz's brow arched in a worried face and he stated at his status but this did not persist and something knew appeared on it.
