"He drank my blood," she said through gritted teeth, her tone laced with revulsion and anger.

Leo's expression turned thoughtful as he considered her words. "Could it be that he's part vampire?" he asked, tilting his head.
Eliana hesitated, mulling over the possibility. "But vampires drink blood directly from the vein, don't they?" she pointed out, her brows furrowing.
"Yes," Leo agreed with a slight shrug, "but maybe he prefers it… served to him."
